John from TRock was very professional and prompt. He showed up when the insurance adjuster came to look at our claim and communicated great throughout the whole process. He explained everything in detail when I did not understand the process. He walked us through everything and was very empathetic towards us. Just a good experience all around. The roofing crew were very professional and finished the job in one morning and cleaned up perfectly. I couldn't find any nails or trash at all around the house. Thanks guys! T Rock was recommended by our realtor, and they definitely delivered. Alan was super responsive, quick service, and reasonably priced. They have several options available for the upgraded shingles we wanted and provided the pros and cons of each, so we could choose. Would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to friends.

I had to have my roof replaced for the 2nd time in 5 years due to major hail damage from 2021 and 2022, and was referred to T Rock Roofing from my solar panel company. I was extremely pleased with their high level of customer care, professionalism, and thoroughness with my roof replacement in late April 2022. My sales consultant (Alan Gull) was absolutely outstanding.

He was responsive from the beginning, and during a period of high wind when the crew had to delay roof installation of a Level 4 shingle + attic ventilation. More importantly than anything else- Alan kept my best interests at heart when it came to adhering to the warranties set forward by the solar panel company if a roofing company removed them instead.

This honesty and level of integrity was what set Alan apart from the others, as nobody else had even mentioned this. After reviewing my solar warranties with the company on what I could have potentially voided, I chose Alan and T Rock Roofing. After the contract was signed via DocuSign, Alan was able to get a work crew slotted to replace my roof in a matter of a couple of weeks.

I felt that this was reasonable, considering the high demand of roof repair/installation for many after hail damage in March 2022. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the level of expedience and thoroughness made by the work crew in replacing my roof with a Level 4 shingle, as well as the subsequent ventilation. I'm also very pleased with the professional service, responsiveness, honesty and integrity displayed by Alan Gull. I highly recommend T Rock Roofing, and will keep Alan's business card in my wallet indefinitely so that I can refer business in and out of Fort Worth. They were outstanding.

William Amm is the best and I completely trust him with my clients when they have a roof problem. As an insurance agent it makes my job a lot easier when I have someone who operates with integrity and I know will treat them with the same respect as we do! I would highly recommend him to anyone who has been affected by the recent storms we've had!

We had some drywall cracks repaired and textured. William's crew was very professional and took every effort to keep the mess contained inside the area where they working. We had no clean up to do when they were done. We are very pleased with this company.

This is our first time to have to repair our home after significant storm damage. It could not have been easier. From day one, Alan was attentive and kind. Matt came out and assessed our roof. He was prompt and professional and I appreciate that he was honest about the roof only needing small repairs. T-Rock Roofing is a great company! Many companies talk about Customer Service being a priority but T-Rock proved to me that they really mean it. The work was done with an eye toward please the customer, and it started with the first employee who came and put a complimentary tarp on some damaged tiles and then offered their service to repair the roof (Connor was his name).

Then Chase H. analyzed the roof & his attention to details sold me on T-Rock! Lastly, Alex & Javier repaired a slumping overhang. Chase has done everything he could to give me the best roof possible and I really appreciate his drive for excellence. This company and its People bring honor to the Roofing industry. I will recommend T-Rock to anyone who needs a dependable and professional Roofing company!

I highly recommend Matt and T-Rock Roofing. Matt was great to work with. My insurance company did not want to replace my hail damaged roof. However, with Matt's guidance, knowledge and encouragement, the company relented and replaced the roof. I was very impressed with Matt's concern and integrity. He was looking out for our best interest. Matt's work crew did a great job on our roof. My wife and I are very pleased with the roof and several other items they repaired for us. We will definitely use Matt and T-Rock again.

These guys have honesty above reproach. Several other roofing companies stopped by after a storm hit and told us we needed a new roof. Most of our neighbors did get new roofs installed by other companies. Sam Roger's and Aaron Sadler came out for the inspection and confirmed we did not need a roof replacement even though it would have been easy to tell us we did.

We really appreciate the honesty they showed where most companies would have been looking for a payday. We will definitely use them anytime there is a storm that could potentially damage our roof, siding, or fence

They do what they say they will do . And always do something extra. They make referrals for other services that are out of their expertise. Great company to deal with in every way.

Timely service no run around. They installed a new roof, scheduled properly, well installed and correct materials. On a call back they found fixed a leak that was not actually a roofing issue. They came and inspected a new home roof right away for my piece of mind. All in all a great company.

Ladies and Gents, let me tell about T Rock. In the middle of the night, in the rain... A leak appeared right in a corner in the dining room. Aaron Sadler himself looked it all over, made calls from my house and there was a crew here at 7:30 the next morning. The work was done that day. Every little bit of construction debris was picked up. And Aaron Sadler himself was on the roof that afternoon to make sure the work was done to his satisfaction.

In short, the service and attention just blew me away. Above and Beyond for sure... TRock, I know you are reading these posts and I promise to spend more with you next time!!!

A recent storm took some shingles off the ridge of my roof. Called T Rock and within a few hours had them out to perform an inspection over my entire roof. Determined that it would be a fairly quick and simple repair.

AJ was great! He came out to take a look at the structure of my house and the roof to determine if any repairs needed to be made. He was very through in his examination and explained everything to me.

T Rock came to our home in McKinney to check out a couple small leaks we observed in our ceiling. Sam Rogers was very professional, quickly diagnosed what the issues were and told me how to fix it myself without selling me on an expensive repair.
