They also go by the name Restoration Xperts, this is my experience with them If you've received water damage in your home I would be very careful about hiring this company and thoroughly review your policy to make sure you dont have a water damage waiver that limits the amount of money you can receive for your claim. These people will not tell you until they've done about 7k worth of work. Their prices are extremely high because they are taking advantage of the insurance companies. They did a lot of unnecessary work just to bill the insurance. The end result was the removal of all the bottom cabinets and countertops but not before they had to pretend to try and dry everything out for 3 days so they could bill for it. Than they removed some drywall from the kitchen and bedroom, and half the carpet in the bedroom and received about 17k from the insurance company and they sent me a bill for the $3706. If you have unlimited insurance they are probably ok, the guys that came to do the work were all awesome but the initial guy Steve i spoke with is in on the con regarding the waiver. It was never even mentioned as a possibility, he says he didn't expect it but the operations manager David told me they see it all the time. My advice is to do your diligence, check your policy before even talking to these people so they don't take you for a ride like they did me and my family. If i had known i would of gotten estimates for all the work done and went with a company that doesn't overcharge due to insurance compensation.

Would definitely recommend their customer service because they know how to treat their customers with care and respect. They will assist you with all of your needs. The speed is beyond fast. The removal process took absolutely no time at all. Everything worked too quickly. Both were fast, the customer service and the removal time. I would definitely recommend them to others because of their reliability.

You could definitely depend on them. They are number one when it comes down to being reliable. The value is worth more than you could ever imagine. When it comes to value, this is one of the best I've seen so far.

Jeff Wyman and Joyce are a phenominal general contractor that designed and built my water damaged home. They have far exceed my expectations and their performance and work ethic is outstanding. All of their employees are high end finish craftsmen, extremely polite and clean and arrived promptly daily. There were no sub-contractors on the job. I believe on top of being excellent, there wasn't a punch list for my project. It is my pleasure to write this review. If you are looking for high end, quality work and on time contractors, Jeff and Company is undoubtedly the way to go.

The ownerJeff, whom I have never met is very rude. I could over hear him screaming at employees. He texted my phone, I don't even work there, and told me to drop dead even though he knows I'm a recent transplant patient that is already dying. His showroom looks real nice, however you can put lipstick on a pig and it is still a pig. He also uses stock photos on his page, not his actual work is in all the pics.

We had a water damage insurance claim and were given Tri County Restoration for repairs. Highly recommend Jeff and Joyce for their design input and all of their crew for the hard work. All with an eye to the details that were important to me. My questions were always answered quickly and completely and my inconvenience was kept to a minimum. Joyce helped me with all of my selections with a keen eye to design and functionality. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience from what was initially an upsetting situation.

Terrible business and DO NOT recommend to anyone. They moved my sofas to place in storage and ripped and stained them in the process. There were huge footprints on the sofa. They also ripped out my landline telephone cord and when AT&T came to fix it, they said that it was yanked out. They also dented my stainless steel fridge. My oven is not working properly since they removed it and put it back in its place.

I have a 2-story home and there is no reason anyone had to be upstairs so I locked all the doors to the bedroom. I found my bedroom open and a worker using the bathroom. This is not acceptable. I reported all of this to the supervisor and they did nothing to fix the damage. No reimbursement on damaged furniture. The insurance company paid them $26,000 and the company still charged me for delivery of materials.

Later I discovered that I am missing folding chairs and other items from my garage. I am the only one that lives in this house and have not had any guests over since the job therefore I believe that have also stolen these items. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
