When I happened onto USAB via Google search, I was suspicious of all the 5 star reviews the company received. How is it possible that any company is that outstanding? Well, the reviews were all true! The Regional Manager, Brandon Mayfield, answered my phone inquiry with a clear overview of the systems and services that he could offer, and came to our house to nail down the best options.

From the start, Brandon was on-time to appointments, quick to return phone calls or respond to emails/texts, and very, very knowledgeable. Brian replaced our old interior security system which had become just too pricey with a more accessible system at much lower monthly monitoring costs. When we mentioned that we would like some cameras and motion detectors on the outside of the house, Brandon recommended some Ring products as a less-expensive alternative to the more commercial products that he carries.

Although he does not usually install Ring products, he offered to install Ring products that we would buy ourselves, and recommended specific products. As soon as the products arrived, he installed them for a nominal cost and taught us how to use them. Brandon and his company truly represent the ideal of customer service, and I feel so lucky to have found them!

Brandon was so great to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations. I had a situation that happened and needed extra security in my home ASAP. We purchased a home that previously had a wired alarm system. Over the years we talked about having it updated and activated, but never did. We finally made the move and called a few places. US Alarm was one of those. They gave us a lot of information over the phone, but also offered to come out and do a more extensive survey. We were happy with the no-pressure sales and options that were provided.

This review is for the initial communication, assessment, and setup. I am a new customer so can't yet comment on the on-going service. My tenant had an intruder and wanted a security system installed immediately. US Alarm Brokers was quick to respond to my inquiry. They were professional and prompt. They had someone come out within a day or so for assessment and then they did the install on a holiday because they knew my tenant was anxious to get the security! My tenant is very happy, as am I. Excellent customer service. Brandon was very courteous and setup my alarm which is an older system that had been installed before I lived here. Replaced some needed components; tested out the system and walked me through the setup (including mobile app) and operation of the alarm. I shopped this alarm hard, and these guys provided me with everything I wanted: Brand Name Quality Equipment, a Perfect Install (every wire was positioned so clean & hidden), a Great Price, and NO CONTRACT for monthly service (which is even cheaper than the others too)! Brandon, the owner showed up on time, succeeded in addressing every one of my special requests, offered his personal cell number should a need arise, and installed a pretty complicated warehouse alarm system himself, with a perfect end result!

So impressed with US Alarm Brokers. I switched from another company after being with them for 16 years because they sold to a larger Corp and service and billing wasn't as good. We found US Alarm Brokers on Yelp and contacted Brandon because of his excellent reviews. Our business was struck by lightening in a monsoon storm and our older security system was not working. When I called our old monitoring company and requested help from a technician, they never responded. Finally Saturday morning they quoted us $300 an hour to take a look, because it was the weekend. Needless to say we were not going to pay that crazy cost and we could not leave everything unprotected.

When I called Brandon Saturday morning I was beyond grateful when he responded right back. He made and kept an appointment for later that afternoon. He called me back right away, and was out the next morning to set up my alarm system. Excellent install and amazing customer service! Brandon came to our house to give us a quote on a Thursday, and came back the very next day to install the system himself as his techs were tied up for the next couple of weeks. Brandon was professional and courteous, and he clearly cares about his customers.
