Excellent service from Sales, office, to installation. Vernon was prompt for the appt, knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions, all of my measurements for the windows were exact!. Nicole in the office kept me informed of progress, and followed up with my install appt.; Joseph was the install foreman, he was courteous, he and his team installed the screens, caulked and finished off the install. There was a walk through, Q & A session, and written warranty. Totally sold! Thank you!

We are really happy with our experience. Security Screen Masters was professional and thorough in explaining everything about their screens and the installation. We put security screens on our sliding doors, windows, and our front door. The screens were installed faster than the quoted time frame for the job. Vernon (sales) was great and so was Jeremy (installer) and his crew. They cleaned up their mess after completion and maybe a little of ours along with it! We would recommend this company to anyone looking for extra security around their home.

Front door and screen on windows are ok but the back patio screen door is ugly wouldn't recommend, Sticks out way too much and not pleasant looking for the price.

Security Screen Masters installed our security doors and enclosed our porch with a multi panel sliding screen door system. We are very happy. Their screen systems are not cheap but I don't feel like we overpaid. We actually had a couple other quotes but the other companies didn't have the same features or design of screens and were actually just slightly higher price. The screens are made in Arizona and we like that as well. They have installed screens for our daughters house too.

We had Security Screen Masters install doors and windows on our house and we loved them and then we moved. We just had the new house totally outfitted with doors and windows and we could not be happier. We received our items faster than we were originally quoted and they did a fantastic job on day of install. Would definitely use them again if we move.

Called for an estimate or general pricing and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I don't know what causes people to be so rude to people they don't know but I won't be doing business with them because of it.

We began this process with the intent of only replacing ill fitting screens provided by the builder of our home. However, we began researching screens, both conventional and solar as options, but pursued security screens once we heard about them. We were initially hesitant to install the screens on our home because we were concerned about losing too much natural light.

We also drove around and saw the solar screens (not security screens) that others put on their homes and we did not find them very appealing. To address our concerns regarding natural lighting the Security Screens folks brought a large screen over, carried it around behind our home and held it up so we could see the effect on the lighting. We decided to go for it and we have no regrets. Granted the light is somewhat reduced (equivalent to wearing light sunglasses inside) we can clearly see our view through them and the security of the screens is second to none.

The other benefit is the ease of cleaning outside windows! No more fuss removing, damaging and re-installing ill fitted screens. The customer service from Vernon, Carey, Ashley, Patti and the guys who did the install was wonderful. We highly recommend this company and their product. We caution others this is not a cheap product. The company does not sell it as an inexpensive upgrade.

This is a long term investment in the beauty and security of your home or business. We look forward to the fall and spring when we can leave the windows open and night for the cool breeze and we don't have to worry about security. Thanks to all.

About in March I started looking for security screens for my home. We found a company called Tapco (now named Boss Security and I called them. Their contractor came out gave me a bid and I paid him $5000.00. Only to find out this contractor quit Boss the next day and took my money. I called James (the President of Boss) and explained what happened to him.

He then said this guy was a contractor not an employee and would not give me my money back. I explained to this President that I would have never met this person if he was not working for them. I went to BBB and ROC and found out they (the contractor nor Boss) do not have a ROC license. I then called Security Masters. Tony G came out and was very professional.

Their Product is also thicker and more durable then Boss Security. I finally received my screens and then look very Stylish and secure. Security Masters has far better quality in their product and their professionalism. My daughter was at the house when they came to install. She highly recommends the two gentlemen for being very complete, professional and very respectful. Look no further than Security Masters for your home protection and STAY AWAY FROM TAPCO AND/OR BOSS SECURITY.

Love my screens. Very well made. No worries about leaving the side doors open to air out the house. Love the quick release lever, too.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Security Screen Master screens. We initially wanted to just get covers for the windows which got direct afternoon sun which was really heating up those rooms. Once we saw the product and realized they were so much more than a sun screen, we decided to do the entire house.

We love the windows and the room really does stay cool we haven't had to turn on the air conditioning once, they look so nice. Don and Chris are absolute pros when they left you would have never known we had anything done everything was lovely and clean.

I am very pleased with the security screens that have been installed on my home. I live on a golf course and sit perfectly for golf ball hilts. I used to replace 2-3 windows each year from errant golf balls. I had non-deductible insurance for several years until the insurance company dropped my glass breakage due to the losses.

As a retired Law Enforcement Property Crimes Detective I am very concerned about the protection of my family and our property. I did not want to be a victim of the crimes that I investigated. I've always felt a little insecure, with no security on our windows. I didn't want to put bars over windows for two reasons. #1. A safety factor. Unless the key is right there by window, no access will be available to outside (in the event of a fire). #2. Appearance. Didn't want an appearance of living in a jail!
