I went to Discovery's showroom to buy some oak flooring. The staff was helpful, professional and answered all my questions by phone prior to purchase. Their showroom is very nice. When I showed up they had everything ready for me to pay and pickup my flooring in the warehouse, so I was quickly in and out. Thanks for the positive experience!

Luke and his team have re-done my existing hardwoods, added additional hardwoods to match on first floor, and installed click lock hardwoods on my entire second floor. His work is fabulous. Always professional, personable, timely. They keep a clean job site and always do and show up as promised. Highly recommend.

We are so happy, not only with our floors but with the whole process! Luke as well as his on site team were fabulous. They were patient in answering our questions as we were first timers going through the sanding and staining process. I can not say enough pleasantries about Steve and Steven from their personalities, promptness and communication. I sent an online inquire for an estimate and received a call the next day. The representative who called seemed very friendly. She explained that they would do a preliminary estimate via e-mail and only if I agreed to their preliminary estimated would they send someone out to do an actual estimate. When I commented how unusual this was she replied that this is the way many contractors were doing estimates now.

I commented that this was the first company I had encountered doing an estimate this way. At this point the representative's friendliness quickly started waning, she became aggressive and stated she was "not going to argue with me". When I tried to speak again, she spoke over me, got louder and then hung up! As a result, I will never do business with Discover Hardwood Flooring nor will I ever recommend anyone I know to contact them for an estimate.

I would also suggest the owner remind their employees they are a direct representation of the company they work for and their actions affect the company. The customers who hire them to do work are the ones supplying the means for the company to keep them employed, every potential customer should be treated respectfully.

We are very pleased to have chosen Discover Hardwood Flooring to refinish our hardwood floors. The transformation of our floors was amazing and we love the work they did. The floors look brand new and are beautiful. Diane at the office was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions. Also, Scott and his crew did great work, kept us updated on the project every step of the way and addressed any issues/questions we had during the process. I recently moved to a new home in October and had my 3 bedroom floors refinished and then a new hardwood floor installed in January 2021. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional everyone has been. My floors in the bedroom came out beautiful.and no dust anywhere.and my kitchen floor came out just as beautiful. Discover Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job refinishing our two upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and stair landing. The old finish was peeling and the wood was cupped. Luke was able to schedule an estimate quickly and was professional and knowledgeable. Steve and his team were punctual, professional, and communicated with us every step of the way. We chose to go with a water-based finish, no stain, and are SO happy with the results. We will be calling again when it's time to work on the downstairs. Discover Hardwood refinished my living room floor and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Luke and his team are pleasant and easy to work with, and they kept my house clean and dust-free throughout the process. The quality of the work is first-rate--I can't believe it's the same old, stained floor. And the price was quite reasonable, also. They showed up on time and I was really impressed by how quickly they set up and started working on the first day. This is the second time we used Discover. Both times we had them install pre-finished floors. Luke and his team were great, working very quickly through the wood selection, through installation process. But their speed did not lead to a sacrifice in quality of the work. Another great experience! We will use them again in the future. For price and quality, Discover is hard to beat.

I own a multi-family in the East/Park Ave. area and had a 1 bedroom unit that needed hardwood floor refinishing. I called around to a few different companies in the area, and really like the honest and courteous vibe from Luke Davis, owner of Discover Hardwood Flooring and Design. Luke's team was very professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job on the floors.
