MacGyver and his crew were awesome. On time (early) and great attention to detail. They were careful to make sure they didn't mess ip floor and carpets and watch for animals going in and out. Macgyver really helped me out. New board and noticed my vent system was completely apart. He crawled in the attic and fixed everything. We had issues with the thermostat but he didn't give up. Thank you for the great service!

Best residential HVAC company I have used yet. System went down on a Saturday and the price was the same for a same day emergency service as waiting for a weekday appt. The tech was courteous and explained everything they recommended and would do. Had me back up and running in a few hours. I was impressed enough to have them back for an evaporator replacement which was done under budget and very fast. The work was impeccable and have great customer service. Will definitely use them again!

Ramsey and Dominic came to my home this week. They were both very nice, professional and did great work. They were at my home to replace a part. Before leaving they waited around to make sure my AC was cooling to the temperature that we liked, even though they were done with installation. Everyone at C&S went above and beyond as always.

Huge shout out to Derek OKeefe and his guys at C&S Air Inc.! Derek had someone here within a few hours of my call on Saturday morning. Of course my unit chose to die on a holiday weekend and everything was closed, but they were at my house first thing yesterday morning to replace my system. They were all very polite and professional. It's so nice to have someone that's honest and trustworthy when you're hot and cranky! Thank you again, Derek!

I was referred by my best friend, she said, "they are the best, " and my experience was nothing short of that! The ladies in the office are so kind, professional, and accommodating. They call ahead and go out of their way to make sure the technicians have masks and booties. When there was a small mistake with scheduling they went out of their way to make it right.

I needed my inside and outside unit replaced, they took their time to answer my questions, gave me more than a fair price for the install, the team showed up on time, and finished early. They worked so hard they never took a lunch break. I honestly couldn't ask for more from a company. I have to say, Heather (in the office) and MacGyver (the lead technician for my job) are amazing!

Macgyver Gomez came out to do service on all four units. One unit kept tripping the breaker. The compressor had to be replaced. He found a replacement and worked most of the day to get everything fixed. He was on time and efficient. I appreciate all he did. I will continue to use C & S Air.

Our heating system worked intermittently so I called C&S and the technician came out the same day. Francisco did an awesome Job in diagnosing the problem and got our system working again in time for the Christmas holidays! I highly recommend C&S and the cost was very reasonable!

This place was recommended to me by my landlord. They have been my a/c people for a long time for my store ever since I opened. They are quick always same day service for no extra charge. They are very trustworthy they will do what needs to be done and don't cheat you out and tell you you need all this extra stuff done. Just had Macgyver come by because my back a/c wasn't cooling and he took a look at and changed my filters and let me know that they need to be changed every week for a busy restaurant kitchen. Definitely recommend these guys are the best! Am thinking about calling them out to my house also!

After a week of mild weather and a busy Saturday morning out and about, on this 35 degree day, I realized our heater was not working at all! Manny was very quick to return my call and give me a time frame when he could come check it out. He arrived when he said, quickly figured out the problem and had the heat going in no time! C&S Air came out today and put in a whole new unit. The guys that put it in were very polite, respectful and worked hard the whole time. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He does not sit behind the desk all day pushing paper, he is out working just as hard as his guys. You will not find service this good from a big chain place.

We had a in the attic evap. coil upgrade and added return done. A new more efficient N coil. The installers were professional and personable as well. A little late for their appointment time. One of them even played with our dog.

Super fast response, the tech was amazing, walked me through what was wrong, explained what he needed to do, and a few other options. Even gave me some good maintenance tips. Prices were a really high ( $10 part and 20 min labor $230), but if I get service like this from them all the time, it could be worth it.

This is my first yelp review. I had such a great experience with C&S Air this morning and felt the need to share. My AC went out last night. Needless to say it was a long miserable Texas night in July. I called C&S this morning around 0800 and spoke with a very pleasant dispatcher type person. She said a technician would call me as soon as one was available.

Within 30 minutes James, the technician called. He said he would make out to my house "sometime this morning". As my luck would have it he was there within 30 min! It didn't take him long to diagnose the problem and had the AC up and running. Less than $300 dollars for a Saturday service call, parts and labor!

Thanks to C&S and his team for warming up my bathroom and closet during this cold weather. With a little tweaking of the ventilation my bathroom is now as warm as the rest of the house. Can't wait till this summer - no more running out to the ceiling fan to cool down. Wow - I might just get dressed quicker now. Thank you. Thank you.

C&S Air came out and replaced my ac unit. The guys who came out to do it were pros and really knew what they were doing. They did not make a mess in the house or leave anything behind for me to clean up. They were really nice and helpful. I could tell this company really cares about the customer not just the money.
