Satisfaction 10 out of 10. My experience working with quality built exteriors has been exceptional. The sales agent/manager (steve) is incredibly thorough, honest, upfront, and considerate of both my time and ignorance when it comes to construction knowledge. I never felt over pressure sales tactics with them and really chose them not just cause the price point but the peace of mind in terms of overall product quality and finish.

The roofing project manager Lloyd was on-site the whole time and was great to work with and very transparent about every issue or decesion point. He walked me through the process on the day of installation and even made sure the job met my schedule constraints and the weathers without compromising on anything. Overall I could not be happier with my new roof and my experience with QBE, I highly recommend them and have even contracted with them for siding my home. J.C. Feltner

Thank you to the whole team at Quality Built Exteriors! I was in a bit of a situation and needed a new roof install done quickly, Raleigh came out to give me all the details and was able to schedule me in right away. On day of install the supervisor, Lloyd, was so friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. They really went above and beyond to fix existing issues and add value to my home! If you want the job done right and quickly look no further.

I contacted Quality Built Exteriors yesterday and Mr. Lloyd Johnson came today to look at my roof for a possible leak. After a thorough attic inspection Mr. Johnson determined there was not a roof leak - that the slow dripping water in the bathroom ceiling light was from condensation as a result of not running the exhaust fan on a daily basis. Four years ago QBE put a beautiful architectural roof on my home and I have been very pleased with it.

Five years ago QBE built a beautiful wooden replacement fence around my very large backyard. I rated this company with 5 stars and I recommend them without hesitation. Great customer service!

I've hired numerous contractors to perform a variety of work at my home, however Quality Built Exteriors is by far the best company I've dealt with. They explain everything, use quality materials, and use skilled professionals. As I watched them work I could tell that they took pride in their skill and their job performance. Everyone at QBE was courteous, and responsive to all my concerns, particularly John, Steve, Amber, and Lloyd.

We had our fence replaced by Quality Built Exteriors and we can't say enough great things about them! We highly recommend this company if you want the job done by a company who cares about your business and about doing the job right! Danny did a great job with demo of the old fence and building us a beautiful new custom fence. He even did extra, filling in holes our pup had dug in the yard and leveling out the fence line so the pup couldn't dig underneath.

This team cares about the customer and treating them how they would like to be treated. Raleigh came by during the project to see how it was going and make sure we were happy from beginning to end. Lovely company very family friendly and customer oriented. We're already planning on using them for our future projects. Our neighbors have even stopped by asking who we used for when they need to replace their fence!

We used Quality Built Exteriors to replace and extend the gutters on our house as well as replace a piece of fence between our house and our neighbor's house. The workers that came out were very professional and did great work! They listened to our requests for where the downspouts were for the gutters and how we wanted the fence to look. They were on time and came on the days they were expected.

The reason for the 4 stars is because I felt like the communication prior to the job happening was lacking. I had to call to ask about the work getting scheduled and I felt like they didn't keep me updated unless I called them. Once I called, it got scheduled right away and all went well after that. If they kept me informed better prior to the job starting, it would have been 5 stars.

We had to had some roofing repair, flashing repair, drywall repair, and painting done. I would say the roofing and flashing repair are probably suitable. We shall see. The painting and drywall work is substandard. The painters have only shown up 2 out of 4 days of full work time (Day 1 showed up around 10, Day 2 no show until I called, Day 3 - no work, Day 4 no show until I called and then showed up at 12:55).

They have painted over wall outlets and over light fixtures. At the baseboards, some areas are not painted at all. They used blue painters tape on areas and didn't remove it in a timely manner, so that paint ended up drying and pulling up other paint when the tape was removed. They started painting before they even started repairing one full wall of drywall repair.

I have no idea how they think that is going to work, but we'll see. The owner is fairly non-responsive to complaints about no-shows. And absolutely non-responsive to requests for an invoice for submitting for an insurance claim (related to the need for the flashing repair and drywall repair). I've never seen such indifference to customer concerns. It is almost a talent of epic proportions.

Ray was the sole reason I went with this company. I had three quotes and Quality was middle of the three, but after meeting Ray I knew who I was going to choose. I am new to Virginia and didn't have any idea what to do when we moved in and the fence that came with the house was old and ugly. After phone calls with she and John (also a great help) we are now the owners of a beautiful fence. Richard, our installer, came to the rescue and delivered a fantastic quality vinyl fence.

He left the work site clean every day so it didn't look like a work zone and was prompt and courteous to boot. What more can you ask. Super happy with the overall experience, They made sure I was Happy. You won't get a better company, they really took care of me. Thank you all for everything.

Built Exteriors did an amazing job! Danny and his assistant completed the fence in record time and I couldn't be happier. They ensured they created a quality, complete project. The attention to detail was impeccable. The transition from 6ft to 4ft walls was better than I imagined. Thank you!

We cannot express how impressed we are with Quality Built Exteriors. We are first-time homeowners and needed to have exterior work done (roof replacement, trim wrap, soffits/ gutters/ downspouts replaced, etc.). It seems that many other contractors lack the quality, professionalism and common courtesy that we were looking for, but Quality Built Exteriors has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

We worked with Russ Polston (Project Supervisor) and his crew. In my opinion, Russ went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were addressed promptly, from start to finish. Russ was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, respectful and kind. He took the time out of his busy schedule to answer my many questions and return calls and texts. Russ' entire crew (Ronnie, Marco, Kevin and also the fencing crew) was polite, extremely hard working and always cleaned up after work was complete. Our home looks beautiful and we're looking forward to working with Quality Built Exteriors on future projects.

I had an aging roof replaced by Quality Built Exteriors. From inspection, to proposal, to contract, installation and service after the sale, Russ Polston, the general manager of the company was in constant communication with me about my roof project. He helped me understand roof repairs needed (with photos), how and when the roof would be installed, and gave me a good price for the job right out of the gate.

The crew Russ deployed to my home was respectful of my property, cleaned the site constantly of debris, and worked hours beyond a normal work day to complete my job. All the while, Russ was checking on the project, visiting the site. I was impressed by the attention to detail that I received from Quality Built Exteriors GM and roofing crew. They did a beautiful job on my roof. I would highly recommended them for your roofing repairs or new roof installation.

Replaced our deck. Study, looks great and good price for the quality of product. They do legit work. City inspections made after each stage was completed. Looks amazing! Yes I would recommend. I give 4 stars because there was a long wait for installation, and sometimes they took their time getting back to me.

Couldn't be happier with knowing the project of my roof and fence were in good hands. There was no stress knowing the job would be done the right way by a company that is highly skilled and willing to go out of their way. I couldn't be more stoked on the finished project and will use them for future home upgrades!

Quality Built worked us in on a tight deadline. This company was very pleasant to work with from the beginning until completion. Their roofer was professional and personable in all areas. Kept up informed about our roof work and took the time to triple check with us to show us what work was performed and continually kept our property clean.

Wow, these guys are great! I called this morning because my roof was leaking and they have already been here and fixed it by lunch time! The workers were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We of course got estimates for gutter installation from two big box stores before choosing Quality Built Exteriors. Hands down Quality Built Exteriors was the best choice! The representative was both knowledgeable and professional.

Every step of the way this company went over and beyond my expectations; beginning with Amber setting up my appointment, Travis coming out to my house and walking me through the estimate, down to the very talented and meticulous Nelson, my craftsman and roofing professional.

Very pleased with trim work done. Job was completed quickly and professionally. Mr. Massengill went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Mike Reedy, Keith Twitchell and Daniel are THE BEST contractors that my family has ever worked with. My family moved into a flipped house and we quickly learned that the house had a couple problems, the major one being a leak from an improperly installed shower on the second floor.

PICK THEM NOW! Look no where else. Just stop researching for anyone one else especially if you live on the other side of the HRBT. I called numerous contractors, put in a lot of requests and even tried the big box stores of Home Depot and Lowe's for a fence estimate.

Quality workmanship. I would give high recommendation to anyone who needs siding, trim, or roof installation. Steve is fantastic. Very thorough and competent.

Every step of the way, this company went over and beyond my expectations. This company was not the cheapest of my estimates that I gathered, but I choose this company because of the employees I talked to throughout the process. The salesman walked me through the entire transaction, making sure I was completely happy.
