I got a puncture today and at the time, I was very close to Kwick Fit, so popped in. They identified the screw nail in the tyre but said that it could not be fixed and it would need a new tyre. They removed the screw nail and then announced that they did not have a spare tyre to replace it and left me completely high and dry. I limped my car to Ayrshire Alignment and they could not have been any more helpful and this was at a time they were closing for the night.
They confirmed that the tyre could not be fixed but offered a temporary solution until the tyre could be replaced. This is the second time that Ayrshire Alignment have got me out of a sticky situation and both times, it has been at the end of the day and they have stayed on to resolve my issue. I could not be more grateful for the service that I received.

Had an initial virtual consult (by choice) then visited in person. Doctor was extremely professional, patient, and kind (necessary in a dental office setting!). My sister referred me here and I'm so grateful to have found it. I've already requested record transfer. Office is exceptionally clean, receptionists were professional, techs kept you at ease, bathroom was spotless.
I had scheduling conflicts due to work and receptionists followed up and confirmed multiple times without sounding annoyed--so appreciative of that! And I watched Netflix from a tv in the ceiling during the procedure! Genius. 5/5

3 years later still the best, thank you. I'm aware I have anxiety coming in here, sometimes that can translate to me freaking out if I don't know what's going on and I like to plan my expenses a head of time so if a unexpected cost comes up I panic because I'm a planner lol and love to pay on time (which I always do) they get it and they are so kind & gentle and they really do try their best. They're understanding and respectful, by no means am I their favorite client I'm sure lol but I always come back. Dr. Nasiry has changed my life, I can not thank her, Jenette, and Lillian for their patience (lol after today let's include Josue) They also recently hired a new lady at the desk and she also seems very kind, calls me 2 days before my appointment to make confirm, I usually get texts so a call is sometimes nice. Thank you LA dental I really appreciate you guys so much even when my face doesn't look like it lol

I went to LA Dental about 3 weeks ago for a consultation regarding braces. I was very happy with how soon they could see me. As soon as I arrived, there was this welcoming energy. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. Azy was so kind and patient. She took her time to explain the process of braces and what it would take for them to be effective. We discussed the prices and financing options. The prices were really appealing and I am happy to say I going back there again today.

I came to this dentist office because my dentist has been closed for a long time due to COVID and I am considering switching dentists! Caroline and Dr. Kim were so informative, so personal and kind! They cleaned my teeth very thoroughly with no pain. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They do take all necessary COVID precautions.
All staff members are wearing a mask. Dental assistants and the dentists are wearing mask, gloves and gowns. Patients are required to wear a mask. Lillian and Anna in the front office were also so kind and helped me with my payments and scheduled my next appointments! It was a very pleasant experience. I will be coming back to get some fillings fixed soon. 10/10!

I trust them with my teeth, but the receptionists make more mistakes than otherwise. The dentist and technicians are all amazing. They're kind, friendly, and make the entire experience way less stressful than you'd anticipate for dental work. My teeth are great and all fixed up, all of that is great. They're non-judgemental too (I came here for the first time after 3 years of dental hiatus).
Their covid-19 safety precautions are also all very well done and the whole experience is welcoming and SAFE. Teethwise, they know what they're doing. However. I have not had a single good receptionist experience here, and somehow every time I'm there I interact with someone new, who also manages to do me wrong. For instance, the last time I was here, one of the receptionists INSISTED my insurance was expired (it isn't) and that I was no longer covered, and forced me to pay FULL PRICE up front, because she couldn't take the time to do her job.
How are you going to be wrong like that with such confidence? An hour later, a different receptionist called me and we confirmed that I do in fact have valid insurance, but I've yet to have the payment refunded. They also are insisting I owe $800 dollars because mY iNsUrAnCe IsN't VaLiD, and if you read other reviews on here, you'll see other instances of inaccurate quoting based on guaranteed coverage. (And I get that the quotes aren't GUARANTEED but it's still fishy.) Earlier that same day, a third and different receptionist told me all my paperwork was wrong (?) and needed to be redone, and then realized that it wasn't, and didn't.
Not a big deal, but on top of all of their other egregious mistakes, it does add up. It's so stressful for no reason. The time I was in before That, a few months ago, a Different different receptionist insisted I owed $600 (not even for insurance issues, just part of my necessary payment) and it took several minutes for her to realize she was reading my documents wrong and that I had payed off everything.
On multiple instances they have either tried to charge me waaaay too much money, Succeeded in charging me way too much money, or failed to give me accurate information, which is entirely unacceptable. I want to continue coming here because the technicians and dentists are really truly wonderful but having 4+ mishaps at the front desk is something to consider unless you have such an ample amount of money that having them overcharge you several hundred dollars doesn't impact you negatively while they figure out your insurance (or don't).

So happy to have found LA Dental! The staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Nasiry is amazing - she doesn't rush the procedure but rather makes sure her patients are happy with the work. It was great to feel like the clinic wasn't just interested in my money but cared for me to be satisfied with the treatment. Definitely coming back for all of my dental needs.

If you are considering parking lot paving in Norfolk any residential asphalt repair or seal, I recommend talking with VA Commercial Roofers of Norfolk. Their knowledge of materials depending on your project is pretty extensive. The level of communication was perfect, the crews work hard as if it was their own. They are the best honestly.

Dr. Azy and Arezoo Nasiry are the dentists with the most integrity, which is very hard to find nowadays. After visiting a different orthodontist office, I was told that I had to get thousands of dollars worth in treatment for "cavities and wisdoms tooth extractions". I took those x rays and went over to this clinic and they confirmed that I in fact did not have any cavities and that I did not necessarily need to get my wisdom teeth extracted for invisalign.
Which was also confirmed by my uncle who is a dentist as well. Needless to say, they gained my trust at that moment and I have been taken care of throughout my Invisalign treatment. During these unprecedented times with the COVID 19 pandemic, this office was more than cooperative and accommodated me with virtual consultation. They are genuinely caring and are the definition of service with a smile. Considering the risk dental offices run due to the nature of the pandemic, the doctors, hygienists, and front desk employees all do a good job at ensuring that you are taken care of. They do not use any scare tactics either.

The sales staff at the Upper James location was definitely a highlight when searching for a ring for my engagement. Natalie Grey was a fantastic help and was eager to see all our requests fulfilled. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr Arezoo Nasiry's dental exam with me. I left with more knowledge of my current dental status (things like receding gum line, my chipped tooth). She took the time to explain procedures I could do, but was not pushy. She did not rush me to see another client. The dental assistant was also friendly and had good bedside manner if that's the right word to use.
The have the latest technology for x-ray so basically your head is circled by the machine while you stand and voila you're done. The office is clean, modern, and easily found. Same plaza as HoneyMee. With validated parking with your visit. Dr. Nasiry offers Invisalign and other cosmetic dentistry procedures. If I want some cosmetic work done I will definitely be back.
One thing I wasn't too keen on was my encounter with reception. Although friendly, I didn't find it comfortable. I was booked through a government third party contractor called LHI and when I got there, the receptionist said I wasn't scheduled, she had no idea I was coming and that I had to wait 30 mins beyond my appointment. That left me a little annoyed but Dr Nasiry's treatment/ consultation mitigated that. Stuffy encounters with reception shouldn't repel you from a excellent quality dentist.
