Brimley's White Glove

Brimley White Glove carpet cleaning is great. I had not cleaned my light gray carpet for almost 2 years. The people I spoke to on the phone, as well as y technician, Drew, were great to work with. Drew was thorough, he explained the work he was going to do, along with additional services I could get, and was very polite and comfortable to work with.

I tend to postpone cleaning carpets because most companies try and sell additional work after you book a 'special price' cleaning service. Brimley's does not do this. They worked with me to stay within my budget and the carpets, couch and rug look and feel great. I have used Brimley's 2-3 times and they are always good.

I've used Brimleys twice for move out/cleaning. Both times, the value for the work done has been great, overall I'm very happy with the fact that I get the quoted price without surprises on site for extra charges. However, this last time I had a VERY severe stain/damage issue with carpet. Because the carpet was warrantied against stains, I wanted to try to get anything that would come out, out, so that we could evaluate for the warranty (we had to attempt to clean it first!) To be honest, I had very low expectations because the damage was so bad.

My tech Nick was great, he was on time, positive, and fairly optimistic about getting at least some of the damage out. He was also very nice, worked hard and was helpful with information about the cleaning. The process doesn't take too long, the carpets dry fairly quickly, and above all-a good deal of the staining and dirt came out. Now, this situation is above and beyond what most normal staining should look like.

If this had been "normal" wear and tear/staining, I'm sure these carpets would look brand new. However-Brimleys far exceeded my expectations on getting it to any level of clean, and actually got it to what might be considered a normal amount of clean! I will absolutely continue to use and recommend Brimleys for our carpet cleaning needs!

I kick myself when I use another Chem-Dry or other cleaning service. These guy are always thorough and scheduling is so easy. They keep our pet-friendly carpets & upholstery sparkling clean.

Always prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. Had my Mom's car seats cleaned this time. I had mine done a couple weeks ago to see how they did. Great cleaning of my Mom's very dirty seats. Highly recommend and will have them do my furniture, floors, etc.

We finally decided to get a very old wall to wall carpet cleaned in the master bedroom. We were getting ready to replace it, but thought we would first see how it would look if we got it cleaned. It looks great and we can probably wait for another year or two to replace the carpet. Everyone we spoke with when setting up our appointment and Drew who came out to clean the carpet were very professional. We would definitely use this company again. They also cleaned the tile in the kitchen and did a great job.

Dave came out and was quick to walk through everything he needed to do. He was super friendly and helpful in taking care of us and getting our carpet, rug, and couch cleaned and removed of pet hair. We had 3 bedrooms and our living room cleaned by Brimley's. Our technician was James and he did an excellent job. He was very professional, informative and did a thorough job. He graciously wore a mask as we have an elder individual living at our place. We asked for his input on our couch and he gave us a very thorough answer that allowed us to make an informed decision to hold off on trying to clean the microfiber sofa, which we were told would not have gotten much benefit from trying to clean. Overall, it was affordable had we decided to not add the additional Scotch Guard treatment.

With it, it is a little bit more expensive than other companies, but I'd rather spend the extra money knowing I'm getting good service. I like the Chem-Dry method they used. The carpet was mostly dry in 2 hours and definitely dry by about 4-5 hours. The carpets all feel much more fresh and the rooms smell much better with less dust and congestion causing allergens. I would definitely recommend using them and will use them again.

I have a 3year old and a 7 year old that have been living with me for the last three years. My carpet was a absolute mess. Carpets in a casino are cleaner than mine was. Spilled milk, ground in cookies, juice stains, mac and cheese stains, gogert stains, ground in peanut butter and ever other mess that a couple of kids can spill.

Brimley's White Glove Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my carpets. The technician called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He was prompt, explained everything ahead of time and got to work. He took care of the spots on our carpet and we are very pleased with our clean carpet. I highly recommend Brimley's and will definitely call them again.

Carpet looked bad from dog. Second time using the company and both ones carpet looked brand new after service. Price and service is great quality. Will not be using any other company.

I love Brimley's White Glove Chem-Dry! This is the second time we've had them clean our carpets and they do such a good job. Our carpets looks so clean- you wouldn't even know we have three kids, one of which is a crawling baby.
