The best experience and price possible! Called within 48 hours of a snowstorm and had a new unit installed and working by the very next day. The installers where very skilled and knowledgeable. While they did the job fast they did not cut corners and I was left with a true picture perfect install. My only complaint is 5 stars was just not enough to show how great a job was done at my home.

I have used AIRTEX for many years and highly recommend them. Quick response time, fair, honest, friendly and great work with full explanations of what needs to be done or is being done. I recently had a whole new Heat Pump system put in with all new duct work. I couldn't be more please with the work that was done and how evenly my home is now cooled and heated. I used airtex for the first time 2 years ago, Kelly came by diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. The price was reasonable, especially for coming out in a matter of hours. One year later my a/c went out and Kelly came out immediately and fixed at no charge. Been running great ever since. Can't say enough about him. Definitely would recommend.

AIRTEX is the best HVAC company in DFW! Regardless if you need maintenance, repair or a new system, do yourself a favor and meet with them! They have been my FIL's HVAC service company for 18 years. One of our systems went out completely and the second was not cooling well. Their goal is NOT to sell you a new system (unless you want one). If your system can be repaired, they will do it well.

We decided to purchase (2) new complete systems. Kelly and Whitney listened to what we wanted to achieve and did an outstanding job of providing cost effective solutions. They addressed and resolved issues throughout the house (balancing air flow to all the rooms), added a drop and increased the size of an existing duct so the Master and hottest side of the house would be properly cooled.

Our 3500 sf home is finally comfortable and our utility cost actually went down in the hottest months of summer! Our AC stopped working last summer, and we called multiple companies to take a look at it. Once we called Kelly at AirTex, we looked no further. He came in and quickly got our house cooling again while educating me what went wrong. It is an older unit and we know it will need to be replaced in the next few years, but Kelly made everything pleasant for us and never mentioned replacing everything immediately.

We have had perfect air conditioning ever since he made a few adjustments! The other two companies that came out to look at what was wrong immediately suggested replacing everything ($10,000 or more) without telling us what was going on. I highly recommend using AirTex.

I have several rental properties and had a difficult time finding an HVAC pro to service them. That is until I found Kelly. I used him a couple times to check out the quality of his work/prices/interaction with my renters. He's great and I use him exclusively now.
