San Diego’s Best Window Company

I had windows install in in November 2016 and throughout 2017 SD Best Windows continued to say the noises coming from two of my sliding glass doors and one window were a manufacturing problem. The manufacturer spent 8 months in 2017 trying to figure out what the problem was and when they found it was an INSTALLATION problem, this finally forced SD Best Windows to come out and "fix it".

They sent a couple of installers out and never fixed the problem then passing the buck once again back to the manufacturer. I sit in my office and all I listen to is movement and crackling from a poor installation. The same thing happens in my bedroom and all night I listen to this noise that just gets louder and louder. It raises great concern for the longevity of the windows and it sooooo irritating. I delayed even writing a review because I don't do this but this impacts everyday and night of my life.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value The worst company ever. When you reach them because of their job they just make fun of you. never go here. it doesn't worth it.

Did an amazing job and lower cost than most. They only replace old windows, no new construction.

While I had a few windows replaced and was happy about it, workers walking on the roof broke a few tiles but said nothing about it at the time. Although It took some time to get a roofer that was available, the company came to replace the few damaged tiles. Overall I am satisfied with the final result and the way it was handled.

We purchased our home and it came with very old drafty windows. About 3 companies gave us a bid. I really liked the view guard windows and it's only carried by san diego's best. The price was more than reasonable and came with a very good warranty. The installation process went better than expected. John's crew were very nice, punctual and clean. They even took our old windows. Replacing our windows gave our home an updated look. It was definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this company!

We received outstanding service from the individual who came out and conducted the estimation, to the guys who came and installed our new windows and window shutters. However, the quality of the window shutters is horrible. After just 8 months, the blind would not stay open and the frame around the window started splitting. There is warranty, so I tried to work with the company to have someone come to the house and fix the shutters.

After two months, the representative mentioned that we should just try to get service elsewhere as they do not have anyone to repair the window shutters and we will have to pay that service. The kind women who normally answers the phone informed us that she will email the owner to give us a call back, we have not heard from anyone for the past 3 weeks.

I needed to get my windows replaced throughout my home and was kind of nervous because I didn't know where to start. I found them on line and gave them a call because they were running a special. The owner came out to my home and he was great! He answered all my questions and the estimate was more than fair. The installers did a great job too. As soon as they got to my place they kept working until the job was done. I highly recommend them.

We had replaced all of our windows last year and we had a break in about a month ago. They got in the home by breaking one of the windows. It was a very stressful and scary time and we had to get the window fixed ASAP. Since the warranty covers accidental breakage I contacted them to see what they could do for us. They had the service guy come to my home patch up the broken window.

Called remotely to have someone go to my home in San Diego and give me a quote on the some windows and a sliding door. The nice young lady on the phone informed me that they can't quote me without the home owner present. Whereas I understand this to a degree, it was not what I wanted to hear. I don't live in San Diego and still need my windows replaced.

A little disappointing that they weren't willing to work with me. I am sure there is more then one investor or home owner who doesn't live in the same state (or country, like me) who need windows.

My new windows came out great! I switched to vinyl and they are a lot better than aluminum windows. My place is a lot cooler and I keep getting compliments on the new look my home has since replacing my windows. The quality of windows for what I paid for is more than fair. I highly recommend this company.

I replaced my 8 windows in my home and they were the fourth company I called for a quote. I didn't have a great experience with the other 3 and didn't expect much but Brandon was AWESOME! He wasn't pushy, and was very friendly.

My wife LOVES watching those home improvement shows and saw an episode on replacement windows and she learned some new things for example the new windows provide better thermal system, and they also provide better protection against drafts. She suggested that we should replace all of our windows. Hesitant to do so we contacted a couple of companies to give us their estimate.

I was looking for some quotes for some dual pane windows and San Diego's Best Window had lowest price by far. Brandon and his team were so professional and clean. I love my new windows and can't wait to start seeing the savings.
