The bug doctor was recommended to me by family. My mother uses them as well. Them came over did all inspections in a timely manner. They are always on time, friendly, professional and AMAZING! We had a few different problems and they resolved each one! I highly recommend the bug doctor! I will not use anymone else! Rude office staff that will talk down to you and then hang up if you say anything about their behavior. Peggy needs to find a new job. She is terrible! Accused us of not responding to texts because the drivers either show up early or we don't know they're coming. We have only one text from BD about the credit card on file expiring. Neither me nor my husband have texts from them.

I liked the owner who would come out on occasion so that is why I gave an extra star, it's for him. We did not confirm them to come out, my husband is a transplant patient and I have Lupus, so we have various medical appointments. They came out, did the outside since we were out. I called and Peggy said the owners were at a wedding, she was busy and sounded hassled.

No call was returned. I called yesterday and was met with attitude from her with asking "do you have a problem on the inside?" and I said "no, but we're not paying for a full service and only getting the outside." She was smart-mouthed, rude and wouldn't listen to me. She hung up when I responded to her behavior and asked her to cancel our services.

This company gave me great service for a fair price. They live up to their excellent reputation and do a though job. You will be glad you called them for all your pest control needs. Service: Termite inspection

They are the best! We had a serious roach problem and Jerry's team took care of it quickly and completely. We had Raccoons in the garage and they trapped them and re homed them for us. I would never use anyone else as we have tried others, and no one is as good or reasonably priced. Highly recommend them! When they bought out Pete Barry's business n customer list they said the price would stay the same. After 1 visit the price went from $25 a month to $30( so they lied) then I get a call today prices going up for the new year from $30 month to $50 month. Only been a customer for less than a year and the price has doubled. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Hi this is Susie I have had bed bugs in my mobile home for the past 6 months there must have been millions of them we couldn't sleep I couldn't eat they would always come and all over us all over the floor they don't fly they call they were in my bed. I had got some estimates and some of the companies wanted up to $3,000 and they didn't even move any furniture we had to do that ourselves.

So my brother got some estimates a lot of them didn't do anything to help us so we contacted the bug doctor Jerry and Renee are the best they came out on August 1st and fumigated our place he said he hadn't seen that many in a long time and we didn't have to move our furniture like other places wanted us and it was it was half off of the other places which we could afford.

Today is August 19th they came back for the second treatment because they were a couple stragglers just like on a subway car. I have to say I recommend them highly give them a call and tell him Suzie sent you and Skippy God bless you bug doctor

The technician arrived on time, extremely pleasant, did not mind explaining the process, and went right to work. This was a follow-up appointment with The Bug Doctor I wasn't here for the first appointment, and we were just as pleased as the first time they came out. Great price, and great service. This product works fast!
