SA Flooring Perfections

I initially hired them to do my floors and ended up having them remodel most of my house. Greg came over to talk flooring and I told him our plans to do other things to the house and was told they could probably help with most of it. My wife and I decided to give them a try and we couldn't be happier. Not only do we have beautiful new floors, we also have new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, recessed led lighting throughout the house and the vanities and new sinks go in the bathrooms next week.

I will post pics of them when finished. Overall it was a great experience. The owner stopped by several times throughout the project to check on progress and answer any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

SA Flooring remodeled our master bathroom. The entire process went smoothly starting with selecting tile vanity and finishes. They had multiple selections to choose from and we are very pleased that Greg suggested a creative tile pattern for the shower. Workmen arrived when scheduled and cleaned up after themselves. This was our second project with SA Flooring and I recommend them for any flooring, bath or painting project.

I do not recommend SA Flooring's installation services. The installers were late everyday making what was quoted as a 3 day job turn into a 6 day job. Most of the issues we experienced, I initially chose to brush off since the floors were installed with good workmanship, but the fact that we are still dealing with issues days after the installation and that SA Flooring didn't respond to issues brought to them sparked me to leave a review.

Besides the installers always showing up 2-3 hours after the agreed upon start time, there were other problems. We were promised dust-less tile removal and they justified their price based off of this. This was not the case. Dust got everywhere and even made its way upstairs. I removed over 800 sqft of tile prior to hiring them and managed the dust way more efficiently than them. Greg tried to make it up by sending two people over afterwards to clean, but they only cleaned outer surfaces.

They didn't clean the dust in the cabinets and drawers which contained the babies dishes and eating utensils as well as our bowls, silverware, plates, cups, etc. I asked them if they could clean inside the cabinets anyway and they replied that they don't usually clean those areas, but will try if they have time. They did not have time. One of the main reasons I wanted professionals to remove the tile in the kitchen was to control the dust better than I could which SA Flooring just could not live up to.

To this day, we are still in the process of rewashing everything in the cabinets because of this oversight. On the topic of cleaning, everyday the installers would leave their energy drinks, water bottles, and lunch trash laying around the house and the outside of the house (I'll include pictures). I assumed they would grab the trash afterwards, but this was not the case. Everyday, I constantly had to go around and cleanup after them once they left.

The bottles and cans they left outside would get tossed around by the wind and get into the neighbor's yards. They kept a mound of tile on the front porch which they didn't dispose of until the 6th day. Going back to the left over monster energy drinks; the last straw was when we came back from out of town to be welcomed by an exploded monster energy drink that they had left in the freezer.

The liquid leaked out of the freezer and onto the new floor. Also, the dishwasher lower panel that covers the wires wasn't reinstalled and the second screw is nowhere to be found. Some of the quarter round that they installed looked like a bad install. They also neglected to switch the gas valve back on for the oven. The professionalism demonstrated by those representing this company was very disappointing. I gave two stars because of the actual work performed on the floors was good.

We loved our experience at the store and the installation. Who can say that?!? The installation guys were on time, cleaned up after themselves, did their sawing outside, professional and efficient. The owner. also called us the next day to make sure all had gone well with the installation and our experience. We will DEFINITELY use them again:

From start to finish we have nothing but good things to say about SA Flooring Perfections. Manuel and his teammate were very polite and worked very efficiently. He even went out of his way to stain the quarter-round in our kitchen to match our cabinets and Greg called each day of the project to make sure everything was running smoothly. SA Flooring Perfections did an outstanding job all around. Steven came out the next week after we called and gave us an estimate that same day as well as consulting with us on types of flooring would be best for what we wanted. We ended up going to the showroom the same day to look at more samples and Kathy was AMAZING at helping me pick out what would look best from the huge selection of laminate flooring.

We were able to have the laminate installed that next week since they had a few free days and Kathy/Steven coordinated all of that with us by phone which was awesome. Tommy/Jacob/Mike came out to do the installation and were extremely professional and nice throughout the process and cleaned up after themselves in the end. Steven came out to check up on the finished rooms and measure our next set of rooms for installation. We couldn't be happier with this company and their services. Thanks so much!

SA Flooring Perfections did an excellent job on our project! We needed quite a bit of tile ripped up and then replaced with hardwood flooring. Steven and the ladies at the showroom did a great job helping us with the estimate and choosing the flooring. Despite a scheduling delay that was out of their control, they ended up finishing up the job a day ahead of time once they were able to start working. The installation team headed by Luis was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. We highly recommend SA Flooring Perfections!

I was looking to replace my carpet with hardwood flooring and set up an appt for them to come out and give me an estimate. We ended up picking this beautiful maple flooring. The day of installation went by smoothly and I love my wood floors. I would definitely recommend these guys as they were very helpful with everything.

The selection of flooring was amazing. Gigi was very helpful in helping us pick out exactly what we wanted. We were able to take home samples to check how the different tiles would look in our home. Steven made the measurement process painless. The gentlemen sent to lay the flooring were very courteous and mindful of my elderly parent's needs (wheelchair pathways around furniture). They also worked around our busy schedule.

SA flooring did an outstanding job on our floor installation! Steven was so helpful with our estimate/choosing the type of flooring while Kathy helped me pick out the perfect colors for our floor when I visited the showroom. Tommy/Jacob/Mike did great work installing our floors and in less than three weeks we had an estimate/flooring/installation complete. We can't wait to have them do all our other bedrooms as well. We had SA Flooring Perfections install a wood floor in our master bedroom. We worked with Steve, who was very professional and courteous. Their installation team did everything. They pulled out the old carpet, baseboards, and moved the furniture. They were very efficient and did an excellent job installing the floor. We were very happy with the whole process from Steve helping us out pick out the correct flooring to the installation of the floor. We would not hesitate to recommend SA Flooring Perfections.

Defective material and installation faults. It took a full year which included multiple complaint letters with pictures and owner site visits. The owner sponsored an inspection by his broker. His report indicated satisfactory product manufacture and installation. My attorney hired an experienced, professional and accredited floor inspector who. wrote a professional evaluation of the floor indicating actual manufacturer defect and installation faults. The companies finally agreed to live up to their warranty. We're glad this unfortunate experience is over at last and a law suit was avoided.

I'd already planned on going somewhere else for this service and had everything taken care of, but then my neighbor told me she'd went to SA Flooring Perfections, so I went over there to check. I wandered over there Labor Day weekend, and it was a fast done quick deal. They offered me financing, but it wasn't just that.

When you choose a contractor, you are making a decision on letting people into your lives and into your home, albeit for a short time. We have had our share of good contractors and very bad. However, from the first time we chatted with Steven on flooring choices, to the installation of our wood floors overseen by Danny, we felt comfortable and secure with our decision to use SA Flooring Perfections. Steven is very knowledgeable on the pros and cons of the overwhelming selection of flooring, and he was very helpful in making our final choice.

When he came to the house to measure, he pointed out things to consider when making our decision based on our home's style and our existing decor. He also checked in with us frequently to make sure that things were going smoothly and that we were happy with the process. We were able to schedule our installation in a timely manner. Danny and his crew were amazing!

The installation was just about as painless as it could be! First of all, they were ON TIME! They were all very nice and helpful, and we had no worries with having workers in our house. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. When they completed the job, they cleaned up and left our home looking like there had been no work done (with the exception of the beautiful floors, of course).

When our T-moldings didn't look quite right (product related, not installation related), Danny knew that there would be a problem down the road and came back out to fix it. He assessed the situation and came up with a solution. Our two rooms look amazing and we constantly stop and admire our new floors whenever we walk into the room! We will definitely return to SA Flooring Perfections when it is time to replace our upper level floors!

SA Flooring Perfections did a superb job of putting laminate down on my stairs, game room, sitting room and hallway. They did beautiful work at a reasonable price. They said it would take two days and it did. They disposed of all the carpeting and cleaned up after their selves. I highly recommend them if you are looking for flooring. Great job!

Technicians from SA Flooring Perfections installed laminate flooring in three of my rooms. I did some comparison shopping before choosing this company and found their prices to be a little lower than others. The staff are professional and knowledgeable about their products. The installation technicians did an excellent job in a very timely manner.

This is the second time we have contracted with this business. Early in the year, they replaced tile in our kitchen, family room, utility room, living and dining rooms and entry way. This time, they replaced carpeting in our upstairs bedrooms and living area.

SA Flooring Perfections were very flexible about letting me look at different flooring samples for the house. They were patient as we decided what we wanted to go with. We went with hardwood floors. The actual workmanship was of good quality. We're satisfied with that process. Price wise, they're reasonable and provide good customer service.
