What I loved the most was that although they gave a 4-hour window for his arrival, he showed up early each time and also let us know when he'd be arriving. Best experience with a Repair service and Technician, I would give them 10 starts if I could. First they gave a quote over the phone which i found not all places do, Steve our technician called when he was on his way, showed up and was, clean, courteous, honest and had a great attitude. He was able to fix the dishwasher in under 20 minutes. I had a couple other appliance issues that I hadn't scheduled repairs on but I thought, while I have them here why not ask. Steve replied, "yep, what ya got for me". Gave me honest quotes and no pressure sales. The garage Fridge he advised I not fix as it was not worth it. THANK YOU Elite Appliance you guys are the best!

We got an immediate appointment when we first called, Zach arrived promptly within the window given us after calling that he was about 10 minutes out. He diagnosed the issue with our ice maker, provided an estimate (which he met), and gave us a timeline for the part to be ordered and installed.

We received updates when the part was back ordered. When the part came in, we got another prompt appointment and again Zach arrived within the window after calling. Zach was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked efficiently. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. We will absolutely use Elite again when we need an appliance repair. All service and repair firms should operate as well as Elite.

Wow this is a great company. After having issues with my 3 year old fridge I started looking for someone to help. I came across this company and decided after reading all the reviews to call them up.

We started to hear a horrible noise from our washer during the spin cycle and since it was out of manufacturer warranty, I did a Google search for Maytag repair in Glendale and found Elite Appliance Repair.thank goodness!

Steve from Elite Appliance Repair was one of two repairmen who came out to our house to fix our refrigerator. Steve's bid was several hundred dollars lower than the other guy and he was very professional in completing the work.

I came home to my washer with water all over our laundry room. Did a quick search and found these guys! I called immediately after seeing other reviews. I think I spoke with Ariana, she was so helpful and let me know all their procedures and pricing.

I had been held captive by my washer which could not be opened as it was front loading and had water in it. Unfortunately, it also had all my under garments inside. For 2 weeks we kept calling different repair people including Sears and Maytag.

Had a problem and the owner came out and took care of it for me. Can't say enough good things about them now. My Bosch dishwasher came up with two problems on the door. Called Bosch said I needed a repair person to attend problem The Elite repair person came and I was very happy with his work until I found lots of water under the sink ruining the cupboard floor.
