I used Blue Water Pools for years on my FL home. They were friendly and knowledgeable and very reliable. They always kept my pool sparkling clean and tended to any need it had as things arose. We've been using Blue Water Pools & Spas for over 2 years now. Mike has come out faithfully each week to service our pool, check and clean filters, and check our chemical balance, and equipment. He has always been so sweet to my kids when they were being homeschooled. It was the highlight of their week that an adult would make the time and be so interested in all they had to say.

We've had a few occasions where we've needed something serviced and everyone on the team has been helpful in getting parts switched out under warranty for us. I highly recommend Blue Water for all your pool and spa needs.

We bought our home last April and looked into different pool services but decided to continue service from Blue Water Pools & Spas since they had been servicing the pool for the last several years. The quality of service we receive from our technician Christian has been awesome. He has maintained our pool to the highest standard and we are very pleased. He has helped us when we had issues with our pool builder and swim system. He walked us through all the issues and even initiated many of the contacts. He truly runs his business as if he was taking care of his own pool.

We switched to Blue Water Pools when our previous pool maintenance company became progressively less responsive to the point where our pool was frequently un-swimmable. Blue Water came in, fixed everything up at a reasonable price, and have been absolutely impeccable at maintaining our pool since taking over. Our pool is about 13 years old so they've had to do some heavy lifting to keep things running including pump replacement, salt cell replacement, and identifying a eliminating a persistent phosphate issue and their maintenance fees are no more than our prior company! I'm very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and level of service!

My wife and I have been using the services of Blue Water Pools & Spas sense we bought our home back in the beginning of 2018. I first spoke with Jeff and felt at ease that everything would be taken care of. Our Pool technician, Connor has been keeping the pool fine-tuned and beautiful ever sense! He's always super nice and highly professional, the man really carries himself well. Here's the thing, I have cameras hidden all over my property, like a safety nut but this also shows me whats going on.

Truth be told, it's what happens when people think nobody's watching. I don't care who you are, that's just a fact. Connor doesn't mess around with the task at hand and clearly takes his job seriously. He spends a great deal of time with our pool and is always checking out ALL things, pool work is pretty hardcore I have come to find out. I'm overall impressed with not only the time he puts into that days service but the fact he truly is serious about the well-being and upkeep of our pool, pump, filter, chemicals, jets and right down to the timer settings. There is simply no pool company that compares to this one! I have used Blue Water Pools for years, and they always provide excellent service. Specifically, I had watched other companies dash in, check the water and dash out, spending only a minute and charging for the visit, but my Blue Water Pools technician, Tyler, always scrubs the sides of the pool, checks the filters and cleans the bottom of it with each visit, in addition to managing the water.

He is exceptionally reliable and always friendly. He recognizes when repairs are called for, and Jeff, the owner, takes care of them. When the equipment needs repairs, Jeff always calls, explains my options and the cost. He is honest, reliable and considerate. Blue Water Pools and Spas is a top-notch business with a great team.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and Jeff from Blue Water upon completion of our pool and spa this October. My pump stopped working on Monday right before the three day weekend. I have a large pool with a complex system of plumbing. They came out on time as scheduled and gave a good price with several options. I agreed to have the pump replaced with a variable speed pump. They replaced my pump in time to get me swimming for our pool party!

Jeff showed up for the first time and resolved the issues within 15 minutes. I was very impressed. I have met 2 different pool techs from this company.
