After a horrible experience with a different pool and spa repair company that lasted 3 months with no completed repair, customer contact or honesty, we contacted Desert Springs Pools and Spas. We spoke to a representative, Shelly, who was helpful, responsive and professional. The tech, Saul, came out within 4 days of our call and our repair was completed. If you're looking for a reasonably priced company that has excellent customer service, I highly recommend this one. I will definetly use them in the future.

Desert Springs handled our desert landscape conversion and pool resurface w/plaster and glass tile. They were responsive, explained all of the options and process clearly during the design phase. Both crews did amazing work, communicated clearly and left the job site clean every day. The results are stunning and our outdoor living space is fresh and new. We can't say enough good things about our experience and we would highly recommend Desert Springs.

Did a refurbish of the back yard with Desert Springs. Pebble tech the pool, refinished cement decking, pool equipment upgrade, and relocation and upgrade of outdoor BBQ. All work exceeded expectations. Very professional and responsive team. Answered all my questions along the way. Great experience working with the team from Desert Springs.

Horrible customer service all around! They will contact you to get your money but they will not respond to your calls when you have a concern. The worst service I have ever had to deal with, I would never recommend them to anyone. Their workers drink on the job and dont look at the plans that need to be followed. Their scheduling team is the worst and they schedule people to come without telling you a time or date!

We had 2 months of no contact until I called them to figure out what is going on. Once the project finally was completed they refused to fix the things that were done poorly and kept wanting more money. I would highly recommend finding a different company to go with as these people are out just to get your money and dip out! very convenient for them not to be able to find me in their system because that's how unorganized they are! after paying 100k for this project they cant even find my name in the system maybe I should be refunded then!

We hired Desert Springs Group to design our backyard in our new home and I can say it was one of the best choices we made! Not only did they work with us to design the backyard of my dreams, but they were so professional, kind and detail oriented! I will continue to use them any chance I get and refer them to all of my friends!

Something I witnessed was one of my neighbors were having some work done and I guess the workers were on lunch or break, I saw the workers drinking beer! BEER! I don't think workers are to suppose to drink at the job I demand a no drinking durning work hours rule! I do not wanna call out anyone but I want you to tell all the groups no drinking
