Critical: Professionalism Very unprofessional. Just like other reviews have stated, was hung up on mid-call. Lots of landscape companies out there. There's got to be better options.

Nothing but a waste of time, five months later and job still not started. Every excuse in the book why the job could not be started. Some of the excuses were absolutely a joke. Had to ask for down payment back and that took a month. Rocky can be very rude at times and like other review sites show he loves to hang up on you when you are in mid-sentence trying to ask questions. Stay away.

I never write reviews but this is ridiculous and I do not wish anyone this situation. I have have been dealing with Rocky for sometime now. Red flag was noted when he wanted to charge me 200 dollars for a drawing/ sketch of plans that I may submit to my HOA. So, I did the drawing myself. Now, I am currently down my 3000 dollar cash deposit with a deadline to finish my backyard within the next few months.

I have been calling/ texting (phone, cellphone) and going about every method (email) to figure out what is going on. The address on my contract is not a business address (office) it is a home address. Every number on the website is going straight to voicemail and nobody has attempted to contact me. It has been a week since I have heard anything from Rocky or a company secretary.

I honestly just want my money back. The contract permits him to keep 25 percent of my deposit even though no work was done and no materials were purchased after a “3 day cooling off” period lol. I am a first time home owner unaware of these traps and signed it based off of his talk about God and how he was an honest person. At this point I only have one option to get my money back. Thankfully he is a licensed contractor and I will get my money back through them because I don’t foresee this company contacting me in the near future. I wish someone from the company would reach out to me and explain what is going on before I have to take this next step.

I literally just got off the phone with them as I needed a stump and two trees taken out. I simply asked if they did this kind of work. He asked me for the height of the tree and how big the stump was I needed to take out. Tells me they can do it but he needed to transfer me to his secretary Professional thus far, as soon as she gets on the phone she asks for my address.

I told her I just wanted to see if you did this kind of work and roughly how much it would be. She then stated she can't do that because thats not the way it works, said they needed to come see it. "if you want it done call a tree company to do it we aren't a tree company" SUPER RUDE. all while I the background you can hear the other man saying 'we are a tree company'. Customer service at it finest in this day in age.

My name is Harry, we just bought a house last year and have no money to fix my backyard, after I called three companies to come over to give me estimates, Valley Wide Landscape is the only one give me some useful doable idea that I can do parts of the yard first and flat the rest of my yard for later when I come up with more money. They are very thoughtful and give me a fair price.

Three of them including the owner showed up in the early morning and finished their job in one day. I am very appreciated their hard work, and happy with the good work, I highly recommend the company for those who need some help about their house, Valley Wide can do the great job!

No idea what this dudes problem is. I called and asked if he could do 50-60ft of concrete curbing in my backyard. He hung up on me after talking to him about it for about 30 seconds. At first I thought the phone call had dropped, but after calling him about four more times and him hanging up after the third ring each time. I came to realize that he didn't want to talk to me. I think he might think I'm an advertiser or something. Anyways, good luck with the company and their unprofessionalism.

After meeting with several landscapers I was not feeling the "vibe" and then I met Rocky! I must say I had a very good intuitive feeling from the start upon meeting him. I sensed an honesty and sincerity that I didn't feel regarding the others. Wow.was I correct! Rocky and his crew just finished two days of remarkable work. Everything he initially stated held true.

He is a man of his word. He is professional, communicative, and very considerate. Needless to say, I am utterly impressed with his work and work ethic. If you are looking for the perfect Las Vegas landscaper.you have found him.
