Brandon Cella came to our home for a quote. After quoting a new roof for double what their competitors quoted, insinuated that I was uneducated and didn't understand what he was talking about. He then went to our neighbors and told them we were using their services. This is the most unprofessional company I have come in contact with and will advise my neighbors not to use them for that fact.

Greenstar Exteriors installed 17 windows in our home. The price was a good value and the installation team was amazing. They showed up on time and completed all of the windows quickly. Since getting our new windows our front rooms are cooler as the hot sun beats on them daily. It is also much quieter in our home. We LOVE our new windows.

I hired this company to install windows and doors in my house. They installed everything but one door which they said was made wrong. On all the windows that they installed some type of material was left on the window that they did not clean off. They told me that they put in the order for my door and would get back to me when the door would be ready.

This was in April, so far it has taken them twice as long to make this door then it did to make all the other doors and windows. Every time I call I hear it is still being made.

Had a quote provided by Louis. He went over everything beautifully, and he was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining windows to someone who has no expertise in that area. I have received quotes before and no one was as professional as Louis and the team at green star. 10/10 recommend using this company over anyone else. Thank you guys keeps up the great work!

Overall I'm extremely happy with my new roof the team that came out and did the work did a fantastic job yes there were some nails left behind that we had to pick up in a couple bushes that had gotten trampled but nothing that you wouldn't expect when getting a new roof, the roof has held up great in our several rain storms that we've had since we've gotten it and looks fantastic there were a few issues I had with the process, I asked the salesman if the team was going to be subcontracted out he assured me that they don't use subcontractors which I thought was strange but he assured me that they don't use sub contractors, the day of, the guys working were clearly subcontractors and before even leaving my home they put their sticker on their truck for their business and then left I don't see the need to lie about that as I would have felt it would be normal to use subcontractors for roofing maybe the salesman doesn't understand what subcontractors are? Wear green star shined was, when I called I got an answer or a call back with many roofing companies that is not the case. Overall great roof.

I used green star Exteriors to replace 13 windows on my first floor and the guys that showed up John, Joe and Rob did an excellent job. Explained what they were doing and the features of the windows and how to use them. Would definitely recommend green star exteriors.

I had a great experience with Green Star Exteriors and cannot say enough about this local company. I had a custom sliding glass door and windows installed and everything went smoothly. While I usually don't write a lot on social media, I do read reviews and have learned to take some of them with a grain of salt. I have to tell you that Green Star. did everything they promised and more.

They are courteous, respectful and responsive. I'm old school and that means the most to me. I'm so grateful to have found a company of wonderful people that make it a pleasure to work with. In these crazy times, that means a lot!

They have some shady tactics and I would question the integrity of a company that behaves in this manner. After having to reschedule our estimate (apparently they "refuse" to come into the home without both me and my husband present) we were called an hr before our appointment where my husband was questioned about our credit score. Since we had not. gotten any type of price or number my husband refused to share this information and said he would discuss once someone came.

Well that never happened. After an hr and a half of waiting we checked our voicemail and had a message from them saying they couldn't send someone to the house until we could verify that both me and my husband could be present for the estimate. Such a waste of a Saturday morning! I'm just glad I dodged a bullet before I did real business with them. I will stay far far away!

Bottom line up front, I highly recommend Green Star Exteriors if you need a roof replacement. This was an extremely positive experience for me. It started with an initial visit with Rocky who presented their product, explained the roofing system that they would install, and provided me with what I think was a pretty reasonable price. Next I was contacted with their financial guy five days later who was professional and efficient, followed by a site visit by Chris to verify and finalize details to complete the job.

Very shortly thereafter I received a call from a scheduler who was able to get my roof on the calendar really early due to a cancellation. The time from my initial visit with Rocky to the final walkthrough inspection with Chris was TWO WEEKS! The crew of installers was excellent. They completed the job in one day, and cleaned up incredibly well. I expected damage to shrubbery and some debris left around the house, but these guys were really great.

There was some extremely minor damage to a few small plants, but the yard around the house actually looks better now that before they arrived! Finally, the new roof looks great. Coupled with a 50 year warranty, this couldn't have been a better choice. I'll never have to worry about the roof again in my lifetime.

Green Star installed 6 large sliding doors and 6 large windows surrounding an indoor swimming pool. The room is only heated by the pool water and is used year round for swimming. The work was tight, clean and done quickly. The doors and trim were well constructed and sealed with a finished look that is fantastic. I am very happy with my decision to use Green Star.

I first want to say how comfortable Sam made us feel. There was no pressure, no hidden sales tactics, no shadiness, and no lack of information that was delivered. He actually made this experience quite pleasant and informative, also entertaining. He brought demo pieces with him and explained everything about the window process to materials with us.

It was pretty cool. Even my kids and dog enjoyed him. These awesome windows have a safety feature that prevents the window from opening too much due to its balancing system that allows those with weak muscles/joints to easily open it. The quality of the windows are very sturdy, yet light and looks really sharp. I'm excited for them to be installed.

I had my windows done over the winter and we really felt the difference this summer. Not to mention how easy they were to operate. Great company to work with as well. Communication was great through the entire process.

Our entire experience beginning with Ryan and the young gentleman he was training introducing us to GreenStar in order to set up our appointment with Gabe for our complimentary estimate (which was good for one year), but with the deal we got we decided to go ahead and do the roof now. Then my conversation with Chris the project manager double checking measurements and what to expect the day of installation.

Next step was speaking with Don to set up our appointment to the day of installation, Chris was super early to make sure everything was ready. The the roof was done quickly, professionally, clean up during the project and then final clean up after to our QC check from Jon. The final was my husband's final walk around with Chris. Everyone was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Definitely a company we would recommend. Thank you.

I can not say enough good things about Green Star. I had noticed my roof was in need of some help for a while now, but I really didn't have any idea where to start when it came to choosing a contractor.
