We used Soledad in a remodel about 6 years ago. The original job was well-done, but they need to get their communication in order. I started reaching out to them about a new project every month starting 7 months ago. While I got responses (except to my last email in April), nobody ever actually showed up at my house to review the scope of the job.

While I have no problem with being told they're too busy or the job is too small for them (which may or may not be the case), I do have a problem with being strung along and wasting months of my time when I could have been talking to another builder. I also live 1 mile from their office, so it wasn't exactly out of their way.
