Awesome job! I had a leak coming through 2 bedrooms ceilings. I already had another come and give a check and they didn't find anything, so I called Kerrigan Roofing. They came out and found the problem was with the roof cap and not the shingles. I took my estimate to a friend in construction to see if it was a good deal or not, he told me to grab the offer because it was more than reasonable.

Once I sent the paperwork in, they were there the next day and quickly made the repairs. I am thrilled with how easy the whole process was. There is a big storm coming tonight, it feels good not to worry about it.

I called about a roof leak at a commercial building and Tyler was able to send someone there within 2 hours and provided photos and report of the issue causing the leak and addressed the leak on the spot. In May of 2020 Kerrigan Roofing installed a new roof on my house. They did an excellent job and my yard was clean when the finished. In March of this year my neighbor and I had our roofs damaged by raccoons. When I got home from work my neighbor was talking to another roofing contractor and was being told it would be a month before they could get to the repairs.

I called Kerrigan Roofing, explained what had happened, and sent them photos of the damaged. Rain was expected the next evening and I wanted the roof repaired by then. I was told they could take care of the repairs before the rain came. At that time, I handed my phone to my neighbor and he also had Kerrigan Roofing repair his roof. The following afternoon both roofs were repaired before the rains came. Service was fast, work was professional and the yard was clean when they finished.
