The painters were excellent. The came on a Friday and power washed all the areas that were to be painted. They returned the following Sunday and 2 guys spent the entire day caulking, prepping the surface and painting. They were very professional, courteous, and neat taking great care to not harm any of the landscaping. Service: Exterior painting

We have used Briteway Painting in the past for our interior painting needs. Ben, came out and quoted- right on the spot! I had a quote in hand. They did a fabulous job on the interior, so we naturally asked for a quote when we were ready to have the exterior painted. Once again, Ben handed me a quote right on the spot! They are quick with quotes, the paint job was excellent, they were quick to schedule, and the price was good. I highly recommend Briteway Painting!

We recently had Briteway Painting out to paint our basement. We had them paint the concrete floor, all the walls, and dry fall the ceiling in the unfinished portion. Initially, I was thrilled with their work. As we started living in the space though I started noticing more and more mistakes. There are drip spots on 2 of my windows that have a special vinyl covering on them from the window company so not that easily replaceable (not really feeling like that should be my expense),t here are drip marks on my fireplace, there are drip marks in my laundry room, there are numerous light spots, there are completely missed spots. Also, although now fixed they initially left the underside of some of the shelves in my laundry room unpainted.

Something that really bothers me that i let go of so carpet could be installed in the basement is they did not paint the basement door. I feel strongly the side of the door in the basement is part of the basement. It was also like pulling teeth to get my initial estimate. I had to contact them 3 different times. I am still waiting on an estimate for my entry way and stairway/stair from them and it has been a month.

Bottom line I would not hire them again. I feel being a professional company and charging me $3500. and change like I should not have so many mistakes. I am very unhappy with the quality of the finished product. (see pics for examples)

Ben was great to work with through this 2 wk project and he was very responsive with communication along the way. We had 2 different crews on different days to help complete the project. One crew was older and slower but good quality work with attention to details. The other crew was younger and faster but the workmanship didn't meet expectations initially in a couple areas. Ben made sure to get it right for us!

I have used Mick and his team on 2 occasions for work on my home. One was for some soffit repair/painting and the other for painting my garage doors. They were fair in the pricing and finished as scheduled.
