The most important aspect of any paint job is the preparation work. I tend to go overboard when it comes to repairing dings, cracks and nicks in the walls. I have an eye for imperfections. my sight goes directly to them. If I see it, then it must be repaired. I am not interested in a paint job where the customer just wants paint slapped on the walls; Karen Mann Painting provides top quality and professional work.

I have got to say how refreshing it was to have someone do what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Karen showed up to survey the work when she said she would. Karen Mann took the time to listen to what I hoped to accomplish with an exterior paint project. She made suggestions that really made a difference in the outcome. For example, she recommended a darker tone for the detail on my dormers and they look fabulous! She also uses a heavy duty bonding primer that results in a durable, lasting result.
