Great Experience! Very professional, quick repair and super informative. Crystal in Office set the appointment up quickly and very courteously. Blake (technician) found AC unit issue within 10 minutes after arrival and repair was completed in less than an hour. Super Efficient! My warranty company dropped the ball on the scheduled repair, but AccuTemp made the weekend a succes after being without AC for 4 days. I will definitely use them for future maintenance and service. Every time we've needed service they come out within a few hours, usually much quicker than that. Kyle got us back up and running with a new fancy thermostat tonight. I am constantly telling everyone who has A/C and heating problems to give Accutemp a call.

Last week I was driving from Hwy 59 toward Rudy. When I got to the intersection to turn toward Rudy, I looked and noone was coming. I was in the road when one of their trucks came flying off the hill and started honking at me. I pulled over to let him go on by since he was obviously in such a hurry. He stopped beside me and began to cuss me and ask me if I didn't know there was a stop sign and was I trying to kill everyone.

I said I didn't even see him coming when I looked both ways. He sped off and I was doing the speed limit and he was gone. No idea how fast he had to be going. Talk about road rage! If this is the type of employee you have then you will never get my business. Whoever this is driving your company vehicle and, from the other reviews seen here, this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. Complete and total lack of professionalism

Such a great company. They serviced a company I worked for and they were so good at that job that I asked for a card. I had to call them this week because my AC quit working during the worse heat week of the year (so far). I explained everything I had done over the phone to fix the problem. They called when they were heading to my house and had the problem diagnosed before I got there. 15 minutes later and they were done. And now I have cold air again. Keith was friendly and personable. I definitely recommend Accutemp anytime anywhere.

Would never use this company! The man is driving like a mad-man in the interstate, weaving in and out in front of cars and laying on his horn like a complete idiot! He seems like he has severe road-rage issues. If this is the way he drives, I can only imagine how he deals with customers and runs his business. I'd stay clear of this business!

UN-professional. I will never use there service. This company stoped traffic in two lanes and was asked why he would not answer just screaming that he was right everyone else is wrong. Soo everyone else moved out of his way and finally the guy pulled out. I can only imagine if he worked on my house how much a simple problem would not be fixed by them would just say it wasn't them and not help.

They would only fix part A. And see that B. Is an issue and would not fix it just wait for another call. I see this all the time it always everyone else is responsibility not theres.

I highly recommend AccuTemp. They have a nice service package. The young man, Joe. Came and did our inspection was very knowledgeable in explaining what he was checking. As to how the system works. Plus he gave me an indication what might give me issues down the road.

My experience: I noticed water coming from my air mover on a Sunday morning. It was coming out steadily and needed to be fixed soon so it wouldn't spread to my wood floors. I called their office and they even tried to help me fix it myself.

Their service is excellent! I have had to call them twice now. The first time was last May on a holiday weekend, no one would come out before Monday except one guy that wanted to charge me $250 plus mileage just to make the trip then whatever it was to diagnose and repair.
