We had purchased some windows for our home about 8 years ago and this was the year for purchasing more. We looked around at other companies but came back to New Windows because of the quality of service we had received from them originally and the craftsmanship of the windows. Everyone was so helpful and installers thorough and quick. We did get a ding in both our dining room and kitchen floors during installation. Garrett came back to repair and did an awesome job. We have more windows to purchase to complete our home and will definitely be using New Windows again.

Everyone was great from the sales rep Keith, to the office staff and measuring guy, to the installers. The windows look fantastic. Only reason for the 4 stars is during the sales demonstration the windows were heated to show that the inside remained cool - demonstrating the efficiency of the window which was important to us given our house faces east and west.

The windows have been installed for two days so I can't comment on energy savings but the sun is beating on them right now and they are very warm to the touch not at all cool as was demonstrated. Our patio door which was also recently replaced - not by windows of America- stays cool in the afternoon when the sun is beating on it from the west so it makes me think the windows that were installed are not as efficient as we were told.

I highly recommend New Windows for America. The employees were professional, knowledgeable, always available and friendly. It is a family owned company that doesn't use different companies for their work and you do not need to call an 800 number to get a hold of anyone. My sliding door was replaced by their team and they made sure I was satisfied before they left. The two guys that installed the door kept everything cleaned and did a great job. The quality and price of the sliding door + frame could not be beat by big companies.

We had a very horrible experience with this company. They installed all wrong sized windows in our house, and now we can't put our blinds back in. During the initial consultation, the salesman (Keith ) promised that everything would feed. Tried to talk to Keith several times, but he is in complete denial. He has been very unprofessional and just keeps hanging up the phone on us. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from New Windows of America.

The new windows on our home look amazing! We got a great deal and Mark, our installer, was highly efficient, kind, and professional. From purchase all the way to installation, the process was smooth and we had no issues. Keith, the sales manager was down to earth and helped answer all the questions we had. I feel very happy with our purchase and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has window needs!

We had a couple of other companies come out. One was way overpriced and very pushy, the next from a big box store with a sketchy outline of who will cover what in the event of a service issue. We complained to a good friend and he said to call New Windows for America since he was really happy with his recent purchase and installation and we did. The salesman Kevin K came out, was super nice, not pushy at all even once.

The pricing given was better than the others and I didn't have to sign "today" for a "discount". We had a delay on our part but once we gave the thumbs up we had a date which was then delayed by snow but this is Colorado so it was all good. The first few windows were a bit harder than anticipated so they had to come back a second day which was just fine, you never know what's behind the curtain in an old house.

The next day we had a buzz of activity, the 4 crewmen were super friendly, super competent and the crew leaders were on top of the details. The installation looks fantastic, the windows look so nice and it's quiet, they slide almost effortlessly for large windows. I've already recommended them to several friends, and I don't often recommend unless I've gotten superior service and value. Locally family owned which is a big plus.

Keith Nisonoff, the Sales Manager, was very helpful even though I didn't end up buying anything. He came out and looked at my fancy wood casement windows, whose double glass was clouded, and recommended very strongly that I try to get the glasses replaced rather than the whole windows. I followed his suggestion and was able to get the glasses replaced by Boulder Glass, so I still have my beautiful casements and I can see out them again! Thanks Keith!

Best window replacement company in Denver! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly from the front desk all the way to the top! They have a beautiful show room and are conveniently located right off Main Street in Brighton. They offer everything from windows, doors and siding to fit most budgets. We had a patio door replaced with a Pella door that had the blinds in between the glass which was great for privacy! A highly professional company that I recommend to anyone needing replacement windows, doors including front doors and patio doors and siding.

I really enjoyed working with Keith, the salesman. The scheduling of the windows took a bit longer than I would have hoped, but no big deal there. they showed up almost 2 hours late the first day because they had to unload the truck, again no big deal. they were supposed to finish in 2 days, so far, it's taking 3. I can also deal with that. They seem to be doing great work!

They seem very detailed! (And they are very polite and respectful!) Won't be able to tell how good the install is going until the first rain. The only part that I cannot stand (which I give it 4 stars instead of 5), is that my house smells like an ashtray now. I did discuss it with the workers, and the gentleman was very nice in his response, but it just doesn't help since they take smoke breaks. I understand these are guys that probably not well paid, and several contractors smoke, but Id like to keep it out of my house!

We had our front and back patio doors replaced this summer. Overall, we are TICKLED with the changes! Went from a steel double door with four tiny windows (front) to a beautiful single door with sidelights (low-e clear glass) and three vertical windows + dentil shelf.gorgeous! The back patio door was a slider turned into double french doors (both functioning).

Very happy with both. The only issue we had (to knock the rating down) was our doorbell connection was erroneously covered with trim, then the installer actually argued with my husband at the house about the needed correction. Not professional, and he was 100% wrong. Beautiful end results!

Great company! I had my windows install back in 2012. About a month ago I noticed one window had moisture inside - New Windows for America replaced it for free because I have lifetime warranty. Not only they did a great job installing new windows back in 2012, but they also honor warranty 6 years after!

I called Windows America immediately after having a condo that I was considering purchasing inspected. I wanted to know how much a replacement window would cost, since it was obvious that the large front window had a broken seal. Windows America was extremely responsive and gave me a rough estimate based on a rough sizing of the window. This allowed me to respond to the inspection report.

Ultimately it was easy for me to have the window measured the window ordered and the window installed. The two men who did the installation were courteous and worked through issues due to the age of my home. I like the warrantee, and although the work was recently installed I am confident it if there are any issues in the future if they will be taken care of. The new window is well sealed, looks good, me and opens and closes easily. I would recommend this company.

What a great company! We just had all of our windows replaced due to a forest fire, & we can't imagine another company better! Clyde & his entire crew were fantastic, not only in expertise, attention to detail & quality of work, they were a great bunch of guys who did their best to minimize the inconvenience to our daily routines.

We just had our siding done with Cedar Ridge (a Craneboard product) and we couldn't be happier. We've dealt with a lot of companies and people through out our house remodel and New Windows for America was very professional from the beginning to the end which was wonderful. The work they did on our house turned out better than we expected.

Just had our windows installed yesterday. We found New Windows through a special group rate with our HOA (mandatory community upgrade), but there was nothing cut rate about the experience. Our salesman Keith especially went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way (even working with us to set up some unconventional financing options).

The crew of four were all professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Anyone who thinks they can save some money and do this job themselves, I would dissuade you. Our building is circa early 80's, and just cracking out the old windows created lots of unforeseen damage and complications that were taken care of handily by the team (they also assured me that I was by no means their most difficult project). We've had years of drywall water damage from the cheap old windows which they repaired, as well as added flashing to prevent future damage.

They explained everything very well. I could go on all day about how great they were, but let me just finish by saying they left my house cleaner than they found it (although my one word of warning would be to cover electronics, etc. just in case. Dust gets everywhere and they can't possibly cover the whole house), and waking up this morning to our bright, clean, white windows (old frames were dark bronze and hideous) was like having a new house.

Would not hesitate to recommend New Windows. I trust their workmanship and dedication to customer service. At no point did I feel forgotten or taken for granted. I especially like their warranty policy -- they are a representative of the manufacturer, so if anything goes wrong I don't need to wonder who to contact. Every company should do that.

Windows for America have replaced all the windows in my home (2 separate installations in a two year span) While I have been very pleased with the windows both times my installers, Russ & Thomas this last time went beyond my expectations.

New Windows for America in north Denver, just replaced the windows and sliding glass door in our house. To say they did an awesome job would be an understatement! Everything went very smoothly. Installation was complete in a day and a half, all old windows were removed, every thing cleaned up and we couldn't be happier with the results! Many thanks to Clyde, Monica and Brett!

Over the past 2 years Windows America installed new windows on our home. Let me start with how we got to the point of needing new windows. Our home was 12 years old and the windows started to fail that the builder had installed (basically junk windows on an above average price home), windows were leaking and frames turning yellow.

Yesterday, Jan.17, you sent a nice fella here to repair a window you had installed 15 months ago. Cold air was seeping in at the slider joint. Your repair man determined the problem to be an opening due to the window not being completely closed. My question to you is - how can a 92 year man be expected to know how to close a window?
