Upright Garage Door Service

The large coil/spring on our garage door broke, and our property management company uses Upright Garage. They got in touch of me very quickly and were able to get a tech out to me the very next day. My husband travels a lot for work and I have young kids, so it is a safety factor for me, so I was really appreciative. I spoke to Larry on the phone and he was super nice and very helpful, just a down to earth great guy.

I forgot to get the name of the tech that came to the house, but he was very kind and courteous and had the job down in less than a half hour. I also appreciate that they give you a reasonable window of time 2-3 hours instead of other companies that expect you to stay home from 8-5 (and then sometimes don't even show up!). My garage door is working great now and I would highly recommend Upright Garage! Great company, great people!

I recently purchased a house and needed the garage door serviced. The previous owner had a sticker by the opener with this company's information so naturally that is where I started. I am SO happy that I did - Larry came out and serviced it so it is in working order and ultimately we decided to have him replace the whole thing so they'll be back next week. This is our first time to have our garage door serviced by Upright Garage Door and we're very impressed. I called their office and Larry answered, he is fun to talk to. I knew right away that I can trust him. The next day, Ryan came. He's friendly and an absolute professional. He is all work and no play. He examined the garage door, went to his truck, and got all what he needed.

He worked on the door and within minutes, the garage door is in motion again. Wow! My husband respects this guy because he is direct and very knowledgeable. Their price is reasonable unlike the other guys. We intend to be a valued customer of Upright Garage Door Services and we'll recommend them to our family and lots of friends. In my original review I mentioned the business hung up on me but Larry gave me a call back and reassured it was a phone issue. He spoke very professionally and seemed experienced and informed with his solutions.

Upright has come to my aid a couple of times and have provided outstanding and prompt service. They are very reasonable and stand behind their work. Would give them six stars if they were available.

I had my garage doors repaired a few times with this company. Always prompt with replies, Mr. Larry gave me his honest evaluations and solutions, and Juanita who's in the office is just so nice and helpful. So used again to install NEW garage doors in our new place and again the experience is just absolutely fabulous!

I called last week after being referred by a mom group and was told they were great. The next day Larry came out and in minutes told me exactly what was wrong. No bs, no money gouging just straight to it. I kind of already knew my motor was 20 years old and it was probably time for a new one so I had checked online and I was looking for a descent one roughly $200-280 not counting the installation. Larry told me to use what they had (genie)and came with 10 year warranty.

You can tell he knows what he is doing. $325 for a whole new motor, 2 openers, cleaned up the mess of old wired and installing it all. I was very pleased with his customer service and work. Don't doubt a word he says and let him take care of your garage door needs. Thanks Larry! Also Juanita was the one setting the appointments and she was also amazing. Great team.

Fast, same-day service. Juanita was a sweetheart and Larry was awesome! Wealth of knowledge and helped out with little things like disposing of a massive (unnecessary!) bar from our garage and setting up a garage remote we had. I definitely will recommend their services for anyone who needs it!

Chose this place based on reviews. Man was I happy. Had the main guy Larry here. Super nice as was his office lady. Fixed my problem rather quickly and the price was more than fair. After just moments after juanita answered the phone i knew i called the right company to install a new garage door and opener. I havnt had this pleasant of an experience doing business in over 20 years. The upright team are honest people doing outstanding quality service. Our garage door broke last weekend. I have used this company before so I called on a Sunday night and left a message. They called me before 8 the next day and it was fixed before 3pm the same day and it was very reasonably priced. I got this in the mail today. Upright garage doors has the BEST customer service, hands down. If you live in Vegas and ever need your garage door fixed call them!

Larry and Joe were like finding water in the desert. They had been referred by a neighbor, and she was right about how good they were. What a gift to find people who not only know what they are doing, but take pride in their work. They were timely, efficient and even caught bad wiring from the previous installers.

Larry and Juanita are just terrific! Our friend referred us to Larry because of the great work he always does for him. We were in a panic. Our garage door buckled in the middle and we had non way to secure our home. We called Upright Garage Door at 4:30 pm and Larry made it to us in 30 min. He had our garage door repaired in 20 min. We actually needed a strut replaced.

I have never wrote a review on anything, but I figured I would for Upright Garage Door Services. They were very professional, reasonably priced, I paid less than I was expecting to pay. When does that ever happen? They arrived right when they said they would. I believe they gave a 2 hour window and showed up right at the beginning of it. Had my door fixed in about 25 minutes. Just had my garage door repaired by Upright. Trust me, ,,i f you need repair or a new garage door, ,,C ALL THESE FOLKS they are honest, reasonably priced and good. They will try to save you money as best they can. I have lived in Vegas for 10 years and have been a homeowner the entire time so I've had need to call on repair companies from time to time. I wish these folks did more than just garage door repair, ,c auseIi would trust them to take care of me anytime. Just really good people. Thanks
