Regrettably I don't know the woman's name that was assisting me, but even though she's only been there 2 years she was very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely, extremely helpful in directing me to the evergreen privacy bush I was looking for. OMG This is plant lovers paradise. Lots of selection and every plant is in beautiful condition. If it's a tree you want, this is it. Not just your usual selections.

I have to say I've been to almost every nursery in the triangle area. Kiefer landscaping has a large selection of large trees and shrubs. Compared to Home Depot and Lowe's you get much larger plants, trees, and shrubs. To me it's worth the extra money to get a large plant instead of waiting 5 to 10 years for it to grow. There's quite a large selection, but the best thing is that they have a website that includes all of the plants trees and shrubs that they have!

Look at it before you go! You can ask for a specific tree, ect. Also another big tip is that there is a reduced discounted section. Ask for it when you get there. I was helped by a very sweet, very nice, intelligent young lady named Crystal. She was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. She even helped me pack the car! I wish I took pictures, but I was too busy looking at all the plants and trees. Another big tip is wear boots it can get muddy there!

Amazing place. Can do some serious damage to my bank account. Luckily I was stopped by an upcoming trip which is not conducive two new plantings.

Just picked up a beautiful Picea Orientalis Gowdy on sale for 40% off. Tremendous value, magnificent plant! It was a challenge getting in my vehicle, but they used their smarts and backed up the flatbed to the opening of my SUV and slid it in. Brilliant! So glad I found this place. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I can't wait to plan the rest of the garden so I can come back to shop. BTW, I found a garden statue online and put it in my shopping cart elsewhere. I saw that statue for less here!

They have an excellent selection of bushes and trees you can't find at other nurseries or home supply stores. Make sure to wander down their gravel road, as they have several greenhouses behind their front display area.

Amazing nursery! Very peaceful and beautifully landscaped. It has an amazing assortment of plants and art. Helpful and knowledgeable staff to help you find the perfect plant.

Sad because we loved the supply but, encountered a very shady cashier with horrible service. Service is everything and her behavior towards 'certain' individuals was very questionable. Sometimes we have to call out biased service even when the product is good. We will not be going back.

This place is awesome! Great owner he's a wonderfull hard working honest man! The plant selection second to none in the area! The work they do is excellent!

After several in-person meetings, emails and phone calls beginning last fall and continuing throughout the winter, we had given Kiefer's a sizable deposit and were scheduled by Kiefer's to begin installing a garden on our property. When we received their plans we executed the retaining walls PER THEIR DESIGNER'S SPECIFICATIONS and sent her pictures of same walls.

Two days before they were to begin the work, the professional designer told us that there was additional work that had to be done on the retaining walls despite our telling her numerous times prior that we had concerns about it. She blew off our concerns repeatedly throughout the planning process and waited until this late date to voice her agreement with us.

When we protested that we had brought up those same concerns over the previous months, she blew that off, too. We cancelled the project and sent a letter to Mark Kiefer asking him to respond to our concerns and shabby treatment within one week. Instead the company sent us our refund, minus her 'design fee' without a note, letter or phone call explaining or asking us about the situation.

This is stated on their website: " We are motivated to bring quality to and industry full of mediocrity." We were not afforded quality or the dignity of a reply by the owner. So, this is what we must look at daily until we find a truly professional landscape company.

Great place to purchase all sorts of plants from ground covers to garden plants to big trees. Helpful staff. They also have a couple of lovely koi ponds on the premises - makes buying plants even more fun.

Absolutely beautiful nursery and wonderful staff! They offer just about anything and everything and have most planted around their area to show what it looks like growing naturally. Can't wait to go back!

From the moment I walked the gardens and grounds I feel in love. Such unbelievable variety to chose from, almost overwhelming. The two garden stores are loaded with so many items to make your garden stand out from the others in the neighborhood. The staff are not only knowledgeable but the freindlest ever. My mom loves the two large pots we picked out for her on her 75th birthday.

Kiefer has designed and built two major projects for us, giving us the best looking yard in our neighborhood. We are especially happy with the redesign of our entrance which required coordination with the contractor resurfacing of our driveway.

Kiefer Landscaping has been the company I've relied upon for at least fifteen years. They helped make my previous home and the current one far more beautiful. Mark Kiefer is a very hands on owner who checks the progress of his jobs regularly and often he is out there himself working with the crews.

My wife and I were very pleased with our decision to go with the folks at Kiefer Landscaping for our walkway and driveway improvements. Their attention to detail and their willingness to provide customer service after the project was completed was most impressive. We've used other landscaping companies in the past with mixed success.

Absolutely amazing nursery! Wide variety, helpful staff, peaceful gardens, all right here in Durham. Also have a wide variety of aqatic plants and pond supplies. Strongly recommend a stroll through their utopia!

We did a lot of research when we looked for a landscaping company to work with us. After many estimates we chose Keifer. Working with Keifer has been awesome. From the beginning Mark Wise offered us solutions for drainage as well as ideas for creating better curb appeal.

I have used Mark Kiefer and Kiefer Landscaping continuously since 2000 at two different homes. Mark designed the landscaping at both homes; provided and installed all trees, bushes, grass, walkways and hard surfacing; and provides annual maintenance. He has a great eye for detail and how to use plants in the proper context to the property and buildings.

Having worked with Kiefer Landscaping over the past 19 years I have been more than pleased with my landscaper. I call him my landscaper, because so long as I live in the area Mark Kiefer will be the one!

We have used Kiefer Landscaping for the last 10 years. They did a really big job for us 10 years ago and our property is the envy of the neighborhood! We've had some smaller jobs and they all are very nice!
