It's a shame that so many people have so much negativity to go and try to slander Diamond Decks. I am the owner and we all work very hard to try to accomplish quality work. We have policies in place that we require all homeowners to be present because there are so many variables that affect the price we need everyone there and if you can't comply with that you are welcome to look elsewhere.
It amazes me when someone signs off on a design , signs off on a stain color , then blames us cause they don't like the color or blames us that we walked through their grass for weeks to build a great project in their back yard. If any one thinks you could actually find a subcontractor with the quality that we build at and have the proper insurances and and coordinate all the trades : carpenters, roofers , Stainer's , electricians, plumbers , masons , concrete crews, concrete finishers, granite Fabricators.
Our project managers all have cell phones and they all walk the jobs with all homeowners for any punch list before typically the final 90% of the money is collected. If you are us in the prime months of March - September them I'm sorry you have to wait but you get what you pay for. We are swamped for a reason. There are plenty of people out there trust us and are willing to wait for quality.
Some of these negative reviews are not even clients and we have no idea who they are . Most likely jealous competition and some are just bitter toxic people where we have never even set foot on their property but they go to the internet cause we refused to work with you. I welcome anyone to schedule an appt to meet myself or my staff in one of our showrooms and I assure you won't be disappointed after speaking to us. God bless our clients and I hope everyone a safe 2021 and Covid free

Great team and great leader. We signed our contract the same day we got a quote from Abdul as he gave us many helpful suggestions and helped us with the design. The cancellation policy is 3 days, however, on the 5th day after we signed the lease, we found that we need to replace our roof first due to the recent hail. We are so worried as we cannot afford two projects at the same time (roof and patio).
We called the office and Kyle is very understandable. He listened to our issue and cancelled the project at no charge. We appreciate it very much!
Kyle is very professional. We love Diamond Decks and this is our go-to company if we need a patio in the future.

I was so impressed from the top down with all that I had the chance to meet and work with. They were very professional with exceptional work values. From Kyle (Sales) and the crew were all so kind and always accommodating. If I wanted to make any sort of change it was no big issue, they were happy to make any changes without the grief or attitude!

I was given 4 choices to choose from. Kyle Brooks from Diamond Decks was the epitome of a young entrepreneur. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and honest. Each Team that came to my house were excellent at their professions. These included the carpenters, roofers and painters. I have recommended them to my neighbors as well.

Diamond Decks is a very impressive company, both in attention to detail and customer service. I learned they are not only a deck company, but offer Remodeling services as well. My 620 foot, 12 year old deck needed the top replaced. I went through Angie's List, and picked out (3) A++ rated companies to get estimates.

Donnie, Wes and the crew did an amazing job on our deck and pergola! Their design was exactly what we were imagining and couldn't be happier! They kept us informed 100% of the way and were also super cooperative whenever we had questions or concerns. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants a highly professional reasonably priced company to work with!

This is to Kyle, the owner. We had a deck contracted and built by your company. There were some setbacks and delays, but most if not all out of the control of our builder. Our builder, Leonard was amazing. He made sure to keep me informed of his progress and made sure he had the correct material to ensure not only good looks but to ensure SAFETY was first.
