All Phase Electric Service

We had to wait on Generac to supply the generator, but after that things moved along. We were pleased with All Phase. they were there when they said they would. That alone is unusual today. All work was done professionally. The crews that came were very knowledgeable and friendly. All of my questions were answered. Johnathan did a great job of doing the work order and follow up as well as Nakitta, keeping us informed of the progress and stages of construction, and we appreciate her follow up as well. All Phase will be our electrical company in the future. Thank you all for a great Job. William White

I used all phase to install a generac. It took months before the unit came in. They had already informed me so u wasn't upset. Finally they installed everything including the propane tank. In paid quite a bit to fill it. After filling it, they came out to look to see why the red light was on my unit. They then charged me a service charge for coming out.

All the gas has leaked out. Want my family. It was the company who subcontracted the gas company. I am still with a non functioning generac and empty propane tank. They said they have it taken care of. Still nothing. Very frustrating

We purchased a 24KW Generac generator which required new wiring to our existing electrical system. All the work was done very professionally by knowledgeable workers on site and the overall project was managed in a very professional manner. All Phase managed all 3rd party work as well as scheduling inspections so they took care of everything.

I requested a quote to upgrade a standard residential electrical panel. Estimated to be a 1-1 1/2 day job. There is nothing special about the job. I asked that the job be permitted and completed by a licensed electrician. Fortunately, I also requested quotes from two additional reputable electrical contractors in the Naples FL area. All Phase (Anthony) quoted the job at $5,500.

The two other reputable electric contractors (same panel, permit and license requirements) quoted the job at $2,800 and $3,200 respectively. I contacted Anthony and All Phase to determine why the quote was so out-of-line with the other two. I emailed All Phase several times and they, including Anthony, have failed to return the emails. In my opinion, All Phase is using the current market situation to price gauge unsuspecting customers. I would never recommend them. Make sure you get several quotes because there are bandits out there like All Phase. Disappointing!

All Phase was great to work with. For my panel upgrade I had a tight schedule and they got the job done when I needed at a very fair price. Kitty and Dion were superb and pulled out all the stops to help me get this job done in time to sell my place. Highly recommend.

Kitty Wilson kept me updated through each phase of the installation process and follow up, making sure I was satisfied with the product and all the work they did.

I chose All Phase Electric to install the Generac PWRcell home battery system to connect with my existing Solar Panel system. As a Generac dealer/installer they have performed a excellent installation, working through all of the technical details needed to complete the installation. From the quote thru the installation process all has gone very well.

All Phase Electric in Ft. Myers, FL was an excellent choice for the installation of my 24KW Generac whole house generator. Working with Jonathan Gentle, my salesperson, and Nakitta Gossar has been a very pleasurable experience. Each of these individuals are extremely knowledgeable and have been very helpful on many occasions. My installation technicians, Jonathan and Chauncy, did a wonderful job. Jonathan's installation of my automatic transfer switch was superb and much more than I had expected.

I realize that All Phase Electric is extremely busy with such an increase in generator orders but my only disappointment might be that it took 10 1/2 months from signing the original contract to having the installation completed. Hopefully other All Phase clients will not have this type of experience.

All Phase Electric was contracted to install a Generac power system. The first phase was to replace the electric panel and install the electric hardware/generator. The two gentlemen who did the installation were extremely professional, knowledgeable and kept the work space pristine. What a fantastic installation! Refreshing to have a company that is so responsive to our electrical needs and our whole house generator. They are prompt on house calls and fair priced. Each year I have All Phase Electric service my home house backup Generac generator. This year company technicians Anthony and Chris did the service on my unit. They arrived on time, they were very thorough, knowledgeable, and systematic in their service visit. They were able to correctly diagnose a mechanical issued with the generator and repair it.
