They have been cleaning our house for over 5 years and they always do an amazing job. I have two little kids and pets, so not an easy task. They take apart the couch and vacuum every crevice. Great attention to detail!

We started using Universal Cleaning in Fall 2018 at the suggestion of a friend who described their work as "Sparkling". I would agree! They do a better job than anyone else I have found to clean. Their attention to detail is great. They even take apart the microwave, stove pieces and coffee maker and shine it all up! I always look forward to coming home to a clean house when they are here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came out to clean my sofa and rug while my house was on the market for sale. I was very detailed in my inquiry and asked for only the body of my sofa to be cleaned because it's a slip covered sofa and I can easily clean the sofa cushions. 1st- they spent 3 hrs at my house and did nothing EXCEPT clean the cushion covers I asked not to be cleaned.

They were informed there would be a tight time frame due to a scheduled house showing. They required $320 in payment and stated they would be back that afternoon to finish the sofa. I was not home during the sofa cleaning and called the contact person for this company to ask why the cushions were cleaned and not the body of the sofa and to ensure I wouldn't be charged for the remainder of the sofa cleaning and was told it would all be taken care of and he would call me back with an exact time.

That was the last I heard from him. I have called and left several messages, texts, with no response. My husband called from a different number and he answered his call because he did not know the number and also told him he would call him back with a time and now is not answering calls from his number. This company is a complete fraud and the BBB is now involved and looking into this company. DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE WE DID!

John and his cleaning team did a awesome job cleaning my rental home in raleigh for me. The home was left in poor condition and they went beyond just cleaning and fixing my dishwasher, toilets leaks, ice maker, ect. I am not in a position to get to this residence on a regular basis and John has assured me that it will not be necessary going forward as he can handle ANYTHING!

On top of that, he has been very easy to work with to schedule his services and has always been on time, and trustworthy. Quality company lead by a high quality, professional guy!

It felt quite amazing to come home to a deep cleaned house! I can honestly say I highly recommend this company to clean your place! My house looks brand new! Not even joking! And don't get me started on how great they cleaned my rug! It took a miracle to clean it and they did! Next they are deep cleaning my carpet and hardwoods. Then after that they will be power washing my house and driveway! Basically they do it all!

They have gotten up horrible pet stains (pet vomit, pet diarrhea, etc.). The protectant they put on after a cleaning is a "must" for any pet owner or people with children.

John Alderson was GREAT to work with! I built a house in Cary NC and inherited a area rug that needed cleaning. I found John's website on-line and called. He was very helpful in discussing the many facets of oriental rug cleaning process. My area rug is over 50 years old so I was very concerned about the oriental rug cleaning process, which meant numerous phone calls to John.

After talking to John about all of their cleaning services, I felt confident I could trust him and his cleaning team with my very valuable Persian Rug. It was carefully examined in my home and several pet stains were found and shown to me at that time that I didn't realize were there. It was priced to clean with many addition options to add on if I choose to do so.

The very large rug was then taken by the two men there examining it and it was cleaned in the time quoted. It was returned and perfectly placed in my room. What a wonderful job they did! I happened to see Universal Cleaning Services(John's) truck when he was meeting a client at Whole Foods so I called him. John is a perfectionist, so I'm sure anyone he'd hire is more than qualified to do the best work possible. His cleaning equipment is the best! He spent so much more time and effort than anyone else I've hired, and I've lived in Cary for 23 yrs, in the same townhouse.
