Interstate Heating & AC

I have not used the company yet. I am looking for estimates to replace my AC/heating system. But I was very pleased with the estimate and scope of the work they have recommended for the cost. Will probably get one more quote but feel pretty strong about working with this company. Jake was very patient with me and explained everything so that I understood.

Another great experience with Interstate Heating & Air! Chris was prompt and thorough in investigating why my AC was not running as it should in this hot weather. He went the extra mile to explain what was going on with my system and then took the time to make sure I didn't spend money to fix something that wasn't broken. 100% recommend!

A++++ This is the best AC service I have ever received! They showed up on time and fixed the issues. The service was affordable and Jason was super knowledgeable and helpful. Good service performed with timely scheduling. Our technician was at the house within an hour or so of calling the company. Chris was quick and responsive, and performed the repair with ease it seamed. The price was a little stiffer than I figured would be required for that level of repair, but I was offered a Veteran's discount - which I appreciated. Regardless, I'm satisfied with the business conducted.

Jason came out and was so friendly while getting everything done plus beyond our expectations! He explained the workings, hows, and the whys in understandable language! We have had recent bad experiences with pro services and Jason with Interstate was very refreshing and gives us all hope!

Worst experience I've had with a heat and air company. 1st off my appointment was supposed to be just for a $99 ac tune up. Rod was incredibly unprofessional. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and his only source of income is through the VA disability. Rod continued pressuring my husband to sign up for their program that was going to be $206 in addition to the $99 ac tune up cost.

My husband politely refused. After my husband refused this program Rod now tells my husband that our fan capacitor is about to go out and needs to be replaced immediately or our ac will not work, mind you we just turned on our ac last night and it was working fine. Rod then continues his high pressure sales tactics and again is trying to get him to sign up for the $206 program, which my husband again refused. Rod then comes back and says that our unit now needs 1lb of freon @ a cost of $169 and that we definitely need to get that taken care of asap for the unit to function properly.

Side note, this house is brand new and we've lived here for 2 years this June so the fact that this was all discovered today is baffling. These people use high pressure tactics to make you feel like you have to fix or replace something right away that very second or you won't have any ac for your home. I unfortunately was not home at this time so I was not able to send Rod on his way so we could find someone trustworthy to give us an opportunity to do some shopping around to find a company with good quality staff & professionalism.

We now feel taken advantage of, ripped off and cheated out of $540. Taking advantage of veterans that have limited income is just morally wrong and this company is making a profit off that. I will be reporting this company to the Department of Veteran Affairs as well as the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS OF COURSE YOU WANT TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR "PROGRAM".

I offer the highest recommendation possible for Interstate! The service was prompt and Chris, the technician, was caring, listened to my needs and worked diligently to find the problem. We just bought a house here in Oklahoma and we wanted to make sure everything was in good running order and have the maintenance completed on our furnace. We ended up having some issues that the inspection didnt list or catch. We have a wonderful plan that was presented to us and for this we are truly grateful. The technician was very knowledgeable, and took the time to go over everything with us. We will be using this company for all of our HVAC needs. Amazing!

From our initial call to Interstate and through the completion of the work we had done, the three individuals with whom we dealt: Amanda, Jake, and Kianoosh, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The work we had completed was excellent and very reasonable in price. It was highly refreshing to do business with individuals and a company who sincerely care about the customer and the expertise and service they provide. The technician that visited my house was professional and courteous. He took the time to throughly inspect and diagnose my current system. He was very polite and explained in detail and in layman's terms of what was going on. Never once did my ignorance deterr or discourage him. High quality individual and has earned his company a repeat customer.

If this interaction was of any caliber of the work to be done, I'm not sure I would trust anyone else to do it. Finding an honest technician that simply wishes to help and make the end customer happy is an extremely rare occurrence during these times. Will certainly do business with them going forward based on this appointment.

Mike was the absolute most professional and relatable tech I have every worked with. He was able to explain what went wrong and how he was going to be able to get it up and running today for me and my family. I don't care even I could have saved a few bucks going somewhere else because it's a skill I don't have that he was able to do. Bottom line is Mike is an awesome tech and guy who if I have any issues in the future I'm calling and requesting him. People make a huge difference when it comes to service and he was outstanding.

Joseph "Jake" was very professional and was able to fix our system fast. He cares about his customers, and so does everyone else at Interstate. They know their stuff and they care about people. We've used Interstate as long as we've lived in our house for tune-ups and minor repairs, but it came time to replace our AC unit this week. Jake came to our home to give us an estimate on a new unit. He was thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each model and helped us come to a decision we were comfortable with. Mario and Jeremiah came to install the new system a few days later and I can't say enough good things about them.

They were thorough in explaining everything, , fun to talk with, and the job was done ahead of schedule. I wouldn't want to work with another company for our home comfort needs! Everyone that we've interacted with from Interstate has been great. Thank you all for taking care of us year after year.

Mario and Jeremiah came to my grandmothers house to install a new unit on her home. They were both very professional and very attentive to her questions on how to work her new unit. They were done in a day and the install looked great. They made sure the unit was functioning properly before they left and walked her through how to change her filters and the best place to buy filters. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new unit or just maintenance. Great group of people!

Nothing but great things to say about my experience with my local Interstate team. Quickest response time I've experienced for service. Great communication, on time, competitive prices. On February 3rd 2014. On February 4th 2014 I received a phone call from Interstate H/A. They set an appointment for the 5th at 8 am. The Heat & Air Service technician put on shoe coverings before he entered. The first thing he introduced himself and who he represented. Willie Hester with Interstate Heating and Air.

Interstate came out and did my fall preventative maintainable, they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for! They provide excellent service, and are very thorough; ever since I have been with Interstate I have not had one breakdown! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Adam has been my service tech for a couple of years and is always on time, professional and explains everything so I can understand. When we needed to have some work done, I was given an estimate without pressure.

I have been a customer for many, many years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. Had my service club inspection with Marcus the other day. Although he was a fairly new hire, he certainly upheld the high standards i have come to recognize from their employees.

It seems the ladder to my attic is showing signs of weakness (think it's because of you Kai.lol) so Marcus used his ladder to get part way up them lifted himself the rest of the way!

We have been customers since 2013. We have had a great experience each time. Alan does a great job with maintenance and we are getting ready to install a second unit. The installation crew knew their stuff and did a great job.

Best service ever! My heat quit working about two weeks ago and I called them after looking up their reviews on another site. Great reviews by the way. I am pretty skeptical about a company with so many really great reviews. I took a chance. The lady I talked to was so sweet and knowledgeable. She got me scheduled right away. When my tech arrived he made me feel so comfortable.
