Excellent service. I was locked out of a home in 110 degree heat. Martin, the owner, drove across Las Vegas at a minutes notice. He was able to get me into the home and have new keys made with in an hour and a half from my call. Will definitely use again.

On 8/4/2021 my tenant left my property and without my knowledge had 8 locks/deadbolt rekeyed without my knowledge or permission. Therefore the set of keys that I kept in the event of an emergency would not open any of my doors to the property. She also changed a padlock on door that gives access to my basement. I was totally locked out of my home.

My property is located 30 miles from Las Vegas. I immediately called MX Locksmith at the suggestion of my realtor. Martin was at my property in less than one hour. As soon as he arrived (on time) he proceeded rekeying all locks and deadbolts including having to cut through the padlock for the basement. I wanted all handles and deadbolt on all doors and security screen door all rekeyed to one key. I.E.: One key for the entire house.

My tenant used different makes/brands of locks & deadbolts making it more difficult for Martin to re-key everything on one key. He had in his vehicle all the tools and materials needed to do this in addition to the special saw he needed to use to cut through a quite large padlock. The entire job was done in approx 30-45 min max. Martin was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process in a very comprehensible way.

He was very professional, kind, friendly and very pleasant. Most importantly he secured my home. I really like this company (Martin). I moved into a new place, and the seller did not leave me the keys to my mailbox. So I needed a little bit of help here from a locksmith. Martin promptly came out and took care of the job - it was fun to watch, as much drilling and vicegrips were needed to extract the old lock. New lock installed, all for a very fair price that was quoted.

As a bonus, i now receive mail. Wow. A couple of weeks later, my locksmithing incompetence was in true form and I managed to screw up removing an existing deadbolt lock. Couldn't get it out, and did not want to damage the door. Who you gonna call? Ghost-Busters! Oops, wrong movie. I contacted Martin sat Mid-day, and he said he could come by in a couple of hours. Wow. Arrived on time, took care of erasing all signs of my locksmthing incompetence and installed the new smart deadbolt in a jiffy. All at a very fair price. There you have it.

Wow. On time, super fast and the lowest price of the five I requested quotes from. I needed a new mailbox key, a rekeyed lock on my front door and a new code for my keyless entry. In and out in about 30 mins and for a total cost of about 100 (including the trip charge). They would be my first choice in the future. Love these guys!

Very fast and friendly and professional and very affordable prices. Extremely pregnant having contractions and due any day I went grocery shopping to get some last minute things after finishing my shopping i turned the car on to start the air and when I shut the door to put the groceries in the back seat the car automatically locked leaving me locked out with all my groceries and a phone with 4 percent battery (luckily wasn't in my car ) called a few places that told me extremely High prices or extremely long wait times made one last call here and I'm so glad I did he woman who answered was very friendly knew exactly where I was and gave me a set price over the phone and had someone to me in 20 minutes even though my phone would be dead.

He came out and was very friendly and helpful offered to put my groceries in my car once he got it opened which took less then 5 minutes! So thankful for this place and their fast friendly affordable and professional services!

Unbelievable, i got stock out of my apartment and called them, they said they are pretty busy and it will take a little time but they never showed up! i tried to contact them again after a couple of hour of waiting and 3 times they did not answer and when they finally did, they told me that they are very busy with other clients and i should wait another 2-3 hours. of course i told them no thanks and moved on to the next locksmith. unprofessional in every standard

This place is top notch! Rachel was very sweet and helpful on the phone. Zach the locksmith was so amazing. I cannot begin to describe what an amazing guy Zach is. He was fast, helpful, kind and just an all around amazing human being. Zach raises the bar in Customer Service.

Great experience.the gentlemen just left. I called explaining the issue I was having and got quoted a price. I accepted and the locksmith arrived at the pre-approved time. I explained what I needed done and he looked and told me that there were some issues. I have had this happen before (bait & switch alarms went off in my head). However, everything he said to me made perfect sense.

I could tell he was nervous about having to quote me a higher price. Ultimately, it came in about $20 more to get more stuff done. Everything he explained to me was reasonable and I agreed to the service. He got to work and promptly got everything done. He was pleasant and professional and I appreciated the service.

I had been stood up on 2 consecutive days by another popular locksmith (who obviously I would NEVER recommend and they never turned up at the appointed time or bothered to call me to explain why the technician failed to arrive!) Great service! I called on Wednesday to get an estimate to rekey the locks on our new home, which we were not yet in. She (i think her name was Rachel )gave me a price range, but said she needed more details to give an exact quote. I called her back on Friday with more info. I was impressed that she remembered speaking to me! She said Zack would be there within 2 hours.

He arrived less than an hour later. He was awesome! He confirmed our request, and explained in detail the options we had. Sadly, as a women i worry about allowing strange people into my house, and about being overcharged. But the price was exactly what i was quoted, and Zack was professional, friendly, and also offered some really great advice on home security. I felt really good about our choice, and will certainly recommend them with confidence!

I've used them twice now over the past couple years. My son has lost his house key and I can't trust that someone won't use the key if found. Both times they came out quicker than stated and I thought the pricing was more than fair especially being called to my home at 8:00pm. The gentlemen showed me his ID before entering my home and he got the job done very quickly. I highly recommend and should I need their services I will def be using them again.

I couldn't believe how quickly I was called back, and how professional and honest the receptionist was on the phone! They are local attentive and honest, something that is very rare here. Did a great JOB and offered some advice on Locks and gave a few suggestions as well. Came back a second time with interior door handles as well after seeing the entry doors locks QUALITY. Just need them to come back for fine tuning one or two deadbolts. For sure not like you can get at Lowes or Home Depot.

After closing my office for the day, we discovered that one of our workers here was unable to open her desk to get her purse and car keys. I called Moto-Xpress, spoke with Julius, who got here straight away, and he was able to open the lock and save the day (night).

I was very wary after reading a lot of reviews of other locksmiths charging outrageous fees and only offering estimates and then increasing the prices at time of service. Moto Xpress had the 1 good review so I figured they were the best bet and I was not disappointed!
