The team at Cajun Electric responded to our call on a holiday weekend, scheduled their team to perform the inspection and by Monday at noon the problem was fixed. Had two fans to replace with one being over a big island. they brought portable scaffolding that enable them to install without touching my granite island. the young man was very professional and not only installed the fans but fixed an issue with the on/off switch for one of the fans. I was so pleased with Cajun Electric. Able to schedule them for just a few days after I called. No long wait. The guys showed up exactly on time for the scheduled appointment. They were quick and friendly and knew what they were doing. I had old light fixtures (another electrician couldn't figure out how to hang one) and the Cajun guys had no trouble installing, repairing and making suggestions. I will absolutely call again.

Needed a cord and receptacle installed at the stove, since it was wired direct. Called Adam and he took care of this within a couple of days. In the next few weeks, we were getting new floors installed, and didn't want the floor installers having any issues removing the stove. Thxs for the quick response. Cajun Electric helped us with new fixtures and several repairs. They are very professional and helpful in the office. The technicians that came to our home were very effective and professional. Cost were good. First estimate was not accurate so be sure to have them validate. My only complaint was they did lose track of scheduling some finishing work. Still. They fulfilled everything and stand by their work. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

We contacted Cajun Electric about our project to upgrade our service entry at our neighborhood pool. Adam came out on Monday to evaluate the scope and estimate the price. Upon agreement of the fair price offered, Cajun Electric applied for the permit and put our work on their schedule. Safely Nick, John, Blake, Kyle and Trey all contributed to complete a successful project.

Once power is restored, we are back in business with fresh service and a clean install. Very thankful for the timely, professional installation by the courteous crew. You should consider Cajun Electric for your electrical needs.

I was overcharged for 2 of their employees to locate an outlet in my garage. This company started the clock to bill charges on their drive to my home. It took them 35 minutes to locate one GFI outlet and replace an outside outlet. They billed charges for labor, 2 persons 1.5 hours. Bill was $222.50. Their employees sat on my driveway in their company truck after the job was done.

I did not understand why they sat out there so long until I reached out to them days later upon recieving the outrageous bill and they told me how they tracked their company truck at my address for a long period. Draw your own conclusion. If you don't mind being ripped off. give them a call.

I have used Cajun Electric for many years both for my business and my home and they are true professionals! When working on our clients' projects they are punctual, efficient, and they leave the job site clean, which is very important. It is also refreshing to work with a professional team like theirs that is trustworthy and will give you their honest opinion on either what should or should not be done, instead of just trying to rip you off. I have worked with Cajun Electric in a commercial setting and I have had them do new residential construction on my personal home. These folks are the real deal. their staff is capable and competent and they tend to everything that is needed to provide what the customer needs in a safe, prudent and in accordance with all code requirements. We were looking for the best in Baton Rouge and we found a winner in Bridget at Cajun Lighting. Our working sessions to decide the light fixtures for our home were highly productive. Bridget was able to decipher my style even when I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. Needless to say I am in love with our lights. For every future light fixtures we need or any family needs I will be sending them to Bridget. She is cool, calm, thoughtful, smart, sincere, hardworking, stylish, and beautiful. Can't say enough nice things about these folks. They have helped us with remodeling projects in our home and have done a great job. They've installed pendant lights, recessed lights, sconces, and light switches They measure 3 times before they cut a hole in your ceiling and they wire it up right. The electrician who has come to our home is as nice as can be, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If you need something done in your home you should call them. I don't give 5 star ratings to too many people, but they've earned this.
