Our original home generator company quit servicing generators so we had to find another. When KWATT came to look at our generator to approve a maintenance contract, they found many code violations with our installation. Rather than taking our money, they refused to write a contract a contract, informing us of our situation.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with Steward's work; not only was he a total professional in his field, but his warm customer-oriented manner was so enjoyable! He had everything wired for the elevator in short order and Kodiak replaced a faulty switch for our ceiling fan and re-set the smoke detector.

Our AC/Heater would not turn on. After calling an AC service to check out the problem, we were told it was an electrical issue. We called Kwatt and they were available to come out the next day. Our electrician was on time and knew immediately what the problem was. He explained in detail what the issue was and how he was going to fix it (which was much appreciated).
