Buzzelli Air

Tom is phenomenal in price, quality and care! I found him several years ago when needing to replace my A/C unit in the middle of the summer and some duct work and was the best price I could find and immensely happy with my service. Fast forward eight years and in house #2, my zone control board craps out. I file a home warranty claim, they say nothing is wrong (after having to send a second tech out after they managed to get my zone control board stuck in heat mode).

That A/C company said they could replace the part that home warranty denied, and I decided if I am going to pay for work, Tom was where I was going to go. He came out the next day to see what was needed and let me know that while he could replace the part, it was low-grade construction builder quality. He was able to give me a price for the board, but I decided to upgrade to Honeywell and he was able to make it happen for a reasonable price with the quality I came to expect from him. Tom cares immensely about treating each customer as if you were family and I will ALWAYS use Tom no matter what house I end up in!

My home warranty techs where taking daayyyss and charging me an arm & a leg for pricing. I found Buzzelli Air who came to the rescue. Tom, the owner really cared more about my family and I more than anything else which is rare in today's society. Tom is knowledgeable and his prices are fair! Tom did a phenomenal job not only on his work, but from teaching us how things work, walking us through different unit options (no pressure either) and the paperwork. We have found our company for any HVAC services.

Tom is the best HVAC person in the business. Not only are his prices reasonable, but you will not find a person who will do a more thorough job. Tom is on time, reliable and incredibly forward thinking. He sets up units understanding how to make systems last longer and maintenance easy down the road. Two things especially impressed me when he installed our new unit.

The first was his attention to detail. I saw him taping off our air handler in the back and his tape lines were perfect. Even in the areas that no would see. Secondly, he puts the customer first. Our old unit had leaked some oil onto the pad and instead of scrapping the gunk onto the ground where it would have mixed into our soil, he disposed of it properly which ended up taking extra time.

Since having our unit installed, Tom has been readily available for maintenance calls when needed and does his best to take care of you quickly because you can't live without AC in Arizona!

We are so glad that we have found Buzzelli air. Tom is so attentive to detail and always look outs for our best interests to keep costs down. He has been taking care of our house and our AC works great. Just today at my office our AC suddenly went down. The normal AC person for the business did not tell us he was no longer servicing air conditioners.

With temperature in the office getting hot, I texted Tom immediately at 1:30 pm about our problem and hoped he could make time for us. He immediately texted back asking for my office address and would work us in today. I was so surprised and relieved that he would fit us in. He looked at his route and was able to get to the office within the hour.

He fixed our AC and it was up and running before 3 pm. In the Arizona heat the loss of AC at a business is not an option and Tom came through for us. Tom really does take care and always charges a fair price. He will always have your back and we appreciate he is our AC expert.

I selected Tom due to the great reviews I saw online. I had a small hole in a capillary tube I needed braised. Tom braised the hole shut, flushed and recharged the system. The charge to fix my unit was almost double what i was expecting. After paying I requested an itemized bill a few days later. My disappointment was the final charge showing the R410a refrigerant cost 9x more than you can purchase it retail. I brought this to his attention a few days later hoping for some kind of compromise but that did not happen. Quality of work 5/5 stars, Charge for work done 2.5/5 stars.

After a lot of research on air conditioning companies, we came across Buzzelli Air. Tom, the owner, is extremely personable, meticulous and well versed in what he does! We needed to have our annual A/C service done before the summer season hit and scheduled an appointment with Tom. He was very communicative prior to and during our appointment! Informed me of the entire inspection process, shared pictures of our unit and thoroughly explained what was being done from beginning to end!

We are so glad to have found Buzzelli Air and Tom! He didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary or minor repairs, which is a breath of fresh air! Tom is extremely honest, very fairly priced and upfront with you about what is going on. If you need service or repairs done, you won't regret hiring Buzzelli Air!

Tom did an great job for me. Very Impressed. Took the time to explain and show me the items he recommended to repair for my air conditioner. Did not try and sell me something I didn't really need. Buzzeli air proved to me they really care about their customers. Went above and beyond what I would have expected from any other HVAC contracter.

Tom is the only person I'll ever have in my home again! I've never met or seen such professionalism. His honesty is so nice to see in this day and age! I'm new to AZ. I scheduled Tom to service a Gas hot air system. After he looked at the system, tried a couple of things, he showed me that my system was on a heat pump off the roof AC!

They gave us a new air conditioner at a great price, quickly and within our schedule, so accommodating, hard working, and personable. 5 star service, They are wonderful. Thank you Buzzelli Air.

Tom did an awesome job on replacing our a/c unit. He did work also on our ducts, moved an old return and much more. He works alone so he is very busy. The prices he charged and the excellent quality of work he did was well worth the extra day without air. I am so thankful I chose him to do the work.

Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. More importantly, very fair prices and only fix what needs to be fixed, not trying to upsell, fix more than is needed, or tell you you need a whole new unit. Have used in the past at a house I rent and am a repeat customer (different unit than the first time). If you're looking for a tune-up or repair, this is probably your guy!

Five stars for Tom and Jason. They replaced the capacitor and inspected our entire AC system, saving us from another sleepless night in the heat. The information was complete, and the price was reasonable.

Once you notified him, he called me immediately. He came over and and cleaned off the panels which was a big job, changed out the pads on my evaporative coolers (I have many of them) replaced floats and fixed leaks. (I already had the pads and floats.)

I'm in the customer service business so when I find someone who goes above and beyond my expectations as Tom did I'm always impressed. He was responsive, he delivered exactly what he said he would when he said he would and at a very reasonable price. I will be using him for future projects because of his dedication and results. I don't believe you go wrong using his services.

Tom, the owner of the company, has always been prompt and honest.goes above & beyond. We've used him several times both at our own home and a rental property where he's had to not only service the ac units, but repair ductwork and replace a unit. He is extremely knowledgeable, has a passion for his work, and his prices are ALWAYS fair. We've never been disappointed.
