Over priced, they charge for travel and 140$ an hour. Also charge a 3.5% fee for paying with a card. They was at my house for an 1 1/2 and my bill was 280 for labor, 20$ for a part and 35$ card fee to clean the aerator in my kitchen sink and bathroom sinks, and a bathtub stem. Also left my shower with a constant drip that wasn't there before. I called and told them about it, and they said they would have someone call me back. That was about to weeks ago and no call. Have to call the BBB

Tilton came and hooked PVC run from the street to old construction copper. Had to make an adapter work and got our water working after the irrigation pipe that was replaced by PVC with an emergency repair let loose. Fixed it quick and for a very fair price. Much less expensive than others had estimated.

I have used this company several times since 2019 and the last 3 times that they have come to my home they have charged me anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours of time that they were not actually at or in my home working. Every time I question them about it they say something like well we charge you from the time we pick up your materials to the time we finish at your house.

The billed service hours are never accurate. Especially this last time he was at my house for 40 minutes (I have proof via my ring doorbell camera) but he charged me for an hour and 30 minutes of time at 135/hr, plus 30 service fee. When I called I distinctly remember asking the lady how much is it per hour and she said a 130. She did not say anything about 135 nor the service call which I feel that you should make all your customers aware of. Honestly, I would have to say shame on me for the last 3 times I allowed them to come to my home and overbill me by at least $500.

I just want everyone to be careful with this company and their billing practices. 1. GPS proves he was in the area, not that he was working. 2. As I said before shame on me for paying whatever bill I was given at time of service. (In full) 3. Maybe your employees should bring a stopwatch with them. So the customer will know your employees are being fair. I am telling you now the time does not add up. ***This is not a malicious review, I am sharing my experience with your company. ***

We have used Mike Tilton Plumbing several times over the last couple of years. I highly recommend them. They are always quick to come out and highly knowledgeable. We have had a tub replaced, shower lines repaired, dishwasher installed, sewer line cabled, and fireplace gas lines checked out.

If you've been searching for a trustworthy, reliable, and respectful plumbing company, you've found them! I have a plumbing project that I've avoided addressing for years: after working with multiple other companies on smaller projects and having terrible experiences, I felt extremely overwhelmed trying to find yet another plumber to work with. Mike didn't know the history or my apprehension but naturally made me extremely comfortable when he came out to get an idea of the work that would need to be done. Did I mention he came out the same day to look over everything? When you call, you really do speak with Mike just as he states. His employees were out a few days later to replace a hot.

I could make a long list of all the "popular plumbers" that have come to my home over the past 35 years. Some issues were simple to solve and that was fine but when I needed a pipe unstopped, I kept having to call the plumber back 3 times. I then had to try a different plumber- Mike Tilton. What a difference! Quickly repaired and no need to call for followup! Remodeled my bathroom and installed the shower in a different place and moved the toilet. Mike Tilton's plumbers worked with other construction workers and did an excellent job. The carpenter and tile guy were impressed and planned to recommend them to others they work with. I called this company once for a broken toilet. They were speedy, proficient and professional, so I call them whenever I need a plumber. I've used them several times for different things. The technicians have always been nice and engage in conversation while working. I always recommend them first to others because I know the customer won't be disappointed!

Very professional, courteous, and punctual. I highly recommend this company. Had a buster pipe after the snow and freeze. Thought my sheetrock was gonna have to be cut out. They went though the side where the faucet was. Saved me money and did Great work.

The Arctic invasion 2021 busted one of our pipes. Robert did a great job replacing it and checking out the rest of our pipes. The price was very reasonable! He even made sure I had the hot water heater turned back on. And he was very nice. I know you all are working hard. Thank you!

Robert and Micah did a great job repairing the leak on the line coming from water main to our house. Super personable, fast, quality work. They waited a good 20 minutes to be sure the glue dried on the coupler and waited to be sure meter was no longer running after the repair. In other words, fast at working but not at the expense of doing things correctly. Great price too.

I've used Tilton about 5 times in the last few years for plumbing issues I couldnt handle myself. Each time I'm surprised by how quick, effective and inexpensive their work is. We have called them for collapsed sewage lines, clogged drains, clean-outs, installs, etc. with absolutely ZERO complaints. Most recently we had them come out to an. abandoned property and they were able to help us locate all underground and water lines (which the previous owners, real estate company or city couldnt do) Also, after having 4 contractor meetings, Tilton's guy was able to inspect and make plumbing design suggestions that will save us a ton of money in the remodel of this property.

These guys will show up with every tool and material they need to get the job done right there on the spot. I've seen other companies that will need multiple trips to and from supply stores and warehouses- which costs time and money. Very impressed.

Mike Tilton Plumbing came out twice to unstop my sewer line and then scoped it where we could see all sorts of blockages. They came out and dug up the old line and replaced it. They were at all times courteous and professional. I am completely happy with all the service I've received from all the staff who came out each time. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

5 stars for Mike Stilton Plumbing. A previous plumbing company said the leak I had was caused from a cracked slab. They were going to tear up the slab in my home. I called Mike for a second opinion and he found that the problem was just the water heater.
