They had the parts we could not find anywhere else! Courteous, polite, and professional!

This is a place to avoid they stole a scimmer robot and they don't stand bye their work. I was paying for maintenance and they used up all my chemicals without asking when chemicals are suppose to be included.

Newer Pool Owner with a relatively large pool. Tony and Aaron have been great to work with over the last two years. They have been patient and helpful answering so many questions. Would highly recommend them if you need any pool work done or guidance on what you have. They also sell a great line of Spa's very pleased with all the services I have received.

Beware! Will overcharge you on an hourly rate and not tell you! Did half the work, I had to do the work they left behind. Didn't put tarp away. Forgot supplies, had to come back again the following day, didn't know how to work the pool pump, said they were going to vacuum and did maybe 15 min worth while I watched. I had to do the rest. Called Tony to fix several times. Tony decided to pass it off to his employees since he didn't want to deal with it. Gave him a week to call.

He didn't. Nothing fixed. Billed $450 for 45 minutes of half done work. Will dispute with credit card company. First time customer and making everyone aware of the sloppy work that Tony and American Pool and Spa will do. Bright note- Ray knew her stuff and took the call when Tony didn't man up. Bravo for stepping up when your boss wont.

This company has provided service for our pool at Emerald Park and it is outstanding. from their knowledge and pride in their work, all around is top notch. if your looking for a company to look after your pool, look no further.

Aaron and his team have been authentic and honest in following through quickly to repair a minor issue with our new hot tub. Working with them has been a positive experience and the spa has been amazing as well!

American Pool & Spa what can I not say? This company is top notch, My wife and I purchased a Marquis spa, as well as a exercise swim spa from them and enjoy them both very much, and they open and close our pool every year for us, delivery was perfect and the aftercare has been great, Aaron and Company have answered any questions that we have had come up, and any water / chemical issues they have taken care of by coming out to our house or we just bring them a water sample and they set us up with what we need right in the showroom!

These guys are awesome! Best price in town. They are very knowledgeable about their products and very professional. They rearranged their schedule and fit into it delivering our hot tub at the last minute because rain was coming and it would delay our delivery. We highly recommend them.
