The crew at Fishel pools are experts in their field. I had 2 other companies come to figure out the pool heater, both said you have to replace it. But "G" man showed up last (thank god) in 15 - 20 minutes he had it going.the man! Only crew I will have work on my pool from here on. Thanks Fishel!

Had them "Open" my pool. This consists of taking off the cover and dumping the leaves that were on it in the pool, turning on the filter and leaving. Sent me a bill for this for $443. Pool was worse than when they arrived Called and they said this was normal.

Craig and Ryan Fishel built our pool at our lake home they made construction an enjoyable experience. The finished project is absolutely beautiful. The person from Fishel Pool that maintains our pool, Brice Lacy is a perfectionist and it is always clean and crystal clear. We have had several pools over the years but this company is the best. I highly recommend them.

I'm not sure what has changed but the service from Fishel Pools this summer has been horrible. You have to make multiple calls to get anything done. Calls are not returned as promised and excuses are always given. The last issue we had with our pool was not properly diagnosed and they never followed up. We finally called another repairman who was out the next day and fixed the problem. Tonight we discovered they had not properly installed one of our ladders. After 8 years, we will no longer use them.

We have used several companies over the last 7 years but felt we were just dollars to them. We needed a new liner for our pool and shopped around, we did not want the cheapest but a good quality product and service. We went with Fishel Pools and were very happy. When we closed our pool we received good service from friendly knowledgeable staff.
