Kendall and his installation crew at Cooper Climate Control removed my old AC unit and installed my new Trane air conditioner system yesterday. They started at 0730 and 7 hours later it was completely installed, and it is up and running great. They completely cleaned the site and promptly removed all the debris and the old units. They all were very polite and professional at all times, and always answered any questions I asked.

I can't imagine how hard it must have been for them up in that attic at 108 degrees with monsoon humidity in the air. (I gladly kept them supplied with ice cold bottled water ) I take my hat off to them. Tomorrow their dry wall man comes to do the finishing touches around attic entrances. Cooper Climate Control replaced our old HVAC system. They were the 5th quote that I received. My neighbor used them and had a great experience. We had exactly the same. The company was extremely professional and courteous. We were not pressured to buy the most expensive system. They were in the middle of quotes I received. but Kendall from the company was extremely knowledgable and thorough with his assessment.

After receiving several quotes to have a new HVAC unit installed and insulation added in our 27 year old home, we chose Cooper Climate Control. From our first visit to the last when ALL work was completed, Kendall and his office provided excellent communication and managed all expectations. Out of the multiple companies we received quotes his was the most fair and he did not try to upsell. Jose and his install team did an excellent job.

They placed drop cloths wherever they were working to prevent any damage to our floors and cleaned up after they left. Ray, the last person to come in, did and excellent job of repairing drywall from the the thermostat install and attic trim which had to be removed to fit the air handler. Overall, I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control as they are OUTSTANDING to work with, Kendall treats you like family, and the company is one of SRP's Certified Contractors.

From the pre-inspection to the install Kendall displayed the utmost professionalism, and the men that installed our unit were exceptional as well, ensuring our home was left like they found when first arriving. Overall, I'm glad we hired Cooper to replace our AC. We have a 4T package unit on the roof. They also installed an extra return, a supply vent, and put some extra insulation in the attic. They did run a pressure test on the ducting, which should be automatic for every HVAC company, but it's not. Kendall was punctual, thorough, and good at keeping me informed about my options.

He also took time to explain the rebates and warranty. He found a big problem with my ducting they were able to fix without "nickel and dime-ing" me. 5 stars for Kendall. So far the heat works, we haven't needed the AC yet. The insulation guys spilled material on the rocks in my yard and didn't clean up. I didn't notice right away, as it's all similar in color.

My guess is they would have come back to clean if I had made a stink about it. No complaints other than that. The 5 star test for me is how quickly a company responds to a problem when something goes sideways. So far so good, I will update my review in the future to reflect the service. Free advice, consider having your AC tuned or replaced in the cooler months. prices are a little better and schedules are more flexible.

More importantly, it allows the technicians to work under less stress. In the summer, they have to get up super early and race the sun before the heat gets dangerous. These guys are good, but everyone works more effectively when they are reasonably well-rested, comfortable, and without a looming threat to their physical safety. A lot of work was done over a few days, but Kendall and his crew always showed up when they said they would. There were no hidden fees. new A/C, duct work and insulation. Thermostat was relocated for even distribution of air-that fixed the problem! The house was kept clean throughout the whole process. Cooper Climate A/C was amazing. The communication far exceeded expectations, the HVAC system was installed in less time than was stated, the job was done with perfection. The technicians were beyond courteous and informative while doing the work in and around our house for the day. Kendall the site manager gave the best deal and bang for our hard earned buck.

Kendall and his team were fantastic! Our AC went out on Tuesday night and they sent someone over Wednesday afternoon to look at it and diagnose the issue. After looking at it, it was determined the best option for us would be to get a new unit. Kendall went through everything with me in a very detailed manner and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend Cooper Climate Control. Kendall and his crew are amazing. We had a new AC unit installed plus a new supply and return added in the kitchen. Kendall suggested this in order to get more air flow and he was exactly right! Kendall and his crew are very professional, respectful, and courteous. A few days before our new AC unit came in our old unit stopped blowing cold with the outside temperature above 105 degrees. If I could, I would give Kendall Ryan and his team 100 STARS out of 100 STARS (A+++)! He definitely has created a "Customer for Life!" I will continually recommend him and his team to everyone! The level of professionalism, quality of service and products, follow up and follow through from him and his team were top notch - STELLAR! Within days, Kendall and his team were able to complete and install a new roof top AC unit along with two new returns in two of the bedrooms in our house (along with coordinating a crane to remove and install the new unit).

Our new TRANE AC unit is so quiet, we can't even tell it's running! I had a Fantastic experience with Kendall last weekend. I called Cooper Climate for a second opinion on my unit that was "broken" Kendall was extremely knowledgeable & gave me the facts right up front! I can't say enough good things about this company. Our A/C unit went out in the middle of summer, and we ended up needing 2 new units. We had 7 estimates from the best customer reviewed companies we could find, and Cooper Air was the best in every catagory, especially their customer service. We worked with Kendall and he is the most respectful, knowledgeable, transparent, and competent A/C professional I've met.

He and his crew were able to install returns in two different bedrooms which all 6 other companies was not possible. Bought my first home in 2017 which still had the original HVAC system to when the home was built (1996 - 23yrs!). Before entering my home.they laid out drop cloths and put on foot covers to limit tracking of dirt, etc. After all components were in place and tested, every step was reviewed, every connection and every part was checked and double-checked.

Dear Kendall, Just a short note of thanks for the installation of the Trane clean effects unit in our master suite. There was not a trace of dust or dirt anywhere and the actual unit looks perfect in the place he chose. Not many companies do what they say anymore, Sergio called said what time he was coining and was there 5 mins early.

We just updated our AC (split system) and had extra duct work installed along with a Lennox XC 16 system I won't bore you with all the details but I will tell you this: their employees are clean, neat, polite and will stay on the job till the work is done.
