I contacted AAA Garage Door and they responded promptly in scheduling a time to come for the repair. The Technician arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Great service, High qaulity work and components are used when replacing parts. Spoke with Chris and he was straight forward and honest. They sent carson to my house withing 15 minutes to replace some springs. Awesome group of people. price was really fair for the work that was done and my garage door is now smoother running and quieter opening and closing. I would recommend them to anyone that want honest straight up pricing and work. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Scott was extremely helpful. He quickly returned my call with an accurate quote and came the next day to fix our garage. He was very kind and informative. We will definitely be calling him for all of our garage needs.

These are the nicest people I've ever dealt with. They show up in time and help you find the best value for the money. (I haven't gotten my doors in yet but it was communicated to me that there are a lot of delays in getting product right now. That's true across the board.) The garage door installer took the time to help me program the keypad and all my remotes. He was very patient.

Guys were quick and responsive. Service techs were friendly. Got things working quickly again. Cost was higher than expected and seemed significantly higher than could be found online, however the service did include installation and door tuneup. Overall - pleased with the work. Would have loved to get a second estimate - but needed the job completed quickly.

I had a garage door broken spring and three cracked rollers. The door was not moveable. AAA Garage Door took my call later in the evening yesterday and made an appointment for first thing this morning. The installer, Carson, showed a little early, matched a competitor's price (already comparable in price) and finished the spring and roller replacement in about 1.25 hours. I went with the recommended two sping install with the 10 yr warranty springs. Great job and very professional!

Came out and looked at the garage the same day we called, and were able to fix the garage the next day. I would have believed them if they told me we needed to replace the whole garage, and was planning on having to do that, but they were able to just fix the dents and put a new seal on the bottom and got a new opener. Parts and labor seemed very reasonable!

Had some bad sensors on our garage that kept it from closing correctly, AAA Garage door came out the next day, and replaced the sensors, tuned up the garage door very quickly. They also inspected the door to make sure everything else was in working condition. They are great to work with and I would highly recommend using them for your garage door needs.

AAA Garage Doors did a phenomenal job of exceeding my expectations. They were able to source a door for me quickly (no small feat during a pandemic). The door is wonderful. Much quieter than the original door that we put in the house. Scott was easy to work with. The installers were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our garage door, so I contacted AAA Garage Door. They were prompt to answer my phone call and schedule an appointment. Then they came out and fixed my garage door. They have a very professional crew and they even set us up with some advanced features on our key pad. I highly recommend their team.

I just had a garage opener put in and can’t say enough of the amazing service we got at AAA garage doors. I love that when I called them they are very easy to get on the phone. Chris was awesome and so helpful. Jacob came out to install it and did an awesome job. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would. I could not get the number pad that attaches to the garage to open so I called Chris and he was right out here to trade for a new one. These guys are the best! Garage door broke after the power outage this week. Called AAA after hours and left a message asking them for service the following morning. Chris, who was incredibly nice, called before 8am that next morning and had one of his guys, Jake, to my house at 8:15. Garage door was fixed by 9am, price was very fair and reasonable. Jake was polite and efficient.

Garage door is working great now. This is the second time in the past few years that I've used AAA and the experience has been consistently great. Thanks Chris and Jake!

I had an inoperable garage door in need of fast replacement. I called AAA based on reviews and couldn't be more pleased. I left a message and received a return call within 10 minutes. Scott said he was just finishing up with a client and can he come by in 30 minutes. He was actually early and confirmed what I knew which the 30 year door needed to be replaced.

He recommended a door based on the style of our front door and windows. He also gave me a great price on a new opener, even though I thought the existing one could still do the job, I trusted his judgement. He said it could be ordered and done in 10 Days but would get it done as soon as the door was in (big box store had a 30 day delivery window!).

He never pressured me and was ready to go to his next appointment and give me time to think about it but I wanted it done quickly so I signed right then and there based on His responsiveness and competitor price. Within 8 Days I had a new door and opener that I couldn't be more pleased with. I'm glad he convinced me to go with the new opener. Scott continued to be communicative and kept me informed through out the process.

I had an emergency on a Saturday night. Repairman arrived within half an hour and fixed the door. He was very professional and informative. I recommend this company.

Ten years ago my tension spring broke and I called these guys. They fixed the door in good time and at a reasonable price. (I keep notes in my calendar). Yesterday, my garage door wouldn't open. I assumed it was a tension spring again and called them leaving a message. When someone does a great job, on time and reasonably priced, I look no further.

They called promptly this morning and gave me a time window, which fell in line with my having to pick up the kids from school. They arrived on time within the given time period. He looked at the door and told me my springs were fine. He pried open the door with my crowbar in about 3 seconds. Tested the door - all is well! He said, "Merry Christmas!" and there was no charge. So, I've had 2 experiences with this company, both extremely satisfactory and should I ever need a new garage door or the one I have fixed, I'll be calling this company again. THANK YOU!

I have used AAA Garage Door, Inc for years now. Chris will always answer the phone or call you back, which is a rarity in the contracting business. He is honest, gives great service, and will fix first replace second mentality. As a real estate agent and property management company, I have referred him to tons of people and never heard negative from them either.

Had our spring break and I had a referral from a neighbor to use AAA. I called Scott and he had a guy in the area that came over right away. We literally had our door repaired within 45 minutes of calling. Best repair service I have ever had for anything. I definitely recommend them. Price was good too.

These guys are awesome! When our garage spring broke a few years ago, AAA Garage Door immediately responded to my call, and the repair was done quickly and professionally with a very fair price. More recently, AAA came again to replace our family's old door opener with a newer model, and the difference is unbelievable.
