The people were very nice and helpful. It took me a while to decide what I was doing and they were very patent with me. The installers Handly and Dillon were very personable and did a great job installing and explaining everything. I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend them. Price was also very competitive. As a contractor myself there was not much difference between the cost I could just get a door for verses what they installed it for.

Had a busted spring on one of my garage doors. Called Friday afternoon and the tech showed up at noon on Saturday. Our technician (Jason) was very knowledgeable and courteous. He showed us a couple of other items that needed attention besides replacing the springs. He was not pushy, just informative. We decided to replace the broken items. He was done minimal amount of time. Cleaned up everything and then showed us that everything was working properly. Thanks for the great customer service.

The ladies I dealt with on the telephone to schedule my appointment were very nice, and Waylon was able to come out and do my repairs the same afternoon. Had my Springs replaced on my 18 foot door The installer Mike, Was very knowledgeable and friendly and explain things to me very good. He also replaced my cables and my rollers roller was very quick and efficient. The price was very reasonable I would definitely refer them and use them again.

We were remodeling our garage and putting in a brand new automatic door. We worked with Jordan who was incredibly helpful in working with us to make sure we ordered the right motor and track for our space, and also to make sure we rebuilt the garage door opening correctly. He went above and beyond, which we really really appreciated! I needed help with my garage door the same day. My remote had been stolen. Called A Plus because of a previous experience I had with them in 2020. I was out of town and had to coordinate everything over the phone. They responded quickly and installed a new garage door opener putting my mind at ease thousands of miles away. This time was no different.

Even as busy as they are right now when I called and explained the situation they immediately put me on the appointment calendar for 6-8PM and let me know it could be sooner if a time became available. Riley showed up at 11:50AM. He examined everything and let me know the garage door opener was in great condition. I wanted an additional remote and eventhough he didn't have an extra one with him, he made that extra effort to get one.

Chase (the installer) arrived earlier than expected which was a welcome change. He was clean and considerate when entering the home and during the entire visit. He was very respectful and quick and efficient but not in a hurry to leave before making sure everything was installed correctly and worked perfectly. He made sure I understood how to change codes if necessary and how to reprogram door openers I already had as well as making sure my new code worked for the remote opener when he installed it on my garage casing.

He explained the warranty and instructed me how to properly maintain the door and keep it properly lubricated to assure longevity.
