Absolutely fabulous! So happy with my kitchen. I found Remodeling Designs after a terrible experience with another contractor, and couldn't be happier.

Critical: Professionalism Owner came to the house, on time, for the appointment. When asked if was vaxxed, he said No. When asked if he would wear a mask to enter into my home, he refused and said if that's the way we feel about things then he's not interested in the project. Be Warned.

Rare gem of an honest, trustworthy, top quality remodeling/renovation company! Family owned. I've learned the hard way in the past hiring cheaper contractors: you absolutely get what you pay for. RDI is not the least expensive, but they are very fair and work at top quality, which is hard to find these days. Our Project Foreman, Chad, is an amazing craftsman, extremely helpful and creative, and diligently ran down every question/issue I had. They will be my first and only call for my next project in our 1928 English Tudor in Oakwood, OH.

Remodeling Designs did a major remodel for my husband and me. Our kitchen was relocated, walls were taken down between the living room, kitchen, and dining room, new flooring was laid throughout. I was a bit trepidatious about the remodel as I'd always heard how traumatic they can be. We had nothing to worry about with Remodeling Designs. From the first day I walked into their showroom to the day they were done with the remodel, they treated us like family and with the utmost respect.

We started with big ideas, and Beth, Erich, and Christine let us know what was feasible and what wasn't, making suggestions as to materials, colors, etc. We went through several designs on paper, and they were so very patient with us each time we made changes. They really want to make sure their clients are happy and get what they want and are realistic.

I appreciated this tremendously as they made the whole process easy. On to the work itself--Randy, our project manager, is an incredible craftsman. There is an artistry to his work, and he wants to make sure everything is perfect. Each night before leaving, whomever had worked that day (Randy, subcontractors) would make sure they had cleaned up everything, which I appreciated.

All of the people connected to the remodel (Randy, other Remodeling Designs employees, subcontractors) were friendly, and they had a lot of patience with my endless questions! Also, I had no qualms about giving Randy a key to the house so he could be there if we weren't. I trusted him and the subcontractors to be in the house without us. The end of the project--finished about a week ahead of schedule and only about $4,000 over budget, but that's because we added a couple of things.

I'd only ever heard about remodels running over schedule and over budget. Not this one! I really cannot recommend Remodeling Designs enough. They do quality work, are super friendly, are so easy to work with. I would not go with any other company!!

The entire team at Remodeling Designs as well as any subcontractor they might use are amazing. We have completed 4 projects since 2010 with them. They are now like part of our family and we would never consider using anyone else. I appreciate their honesty, punctuality, and ability to work with our busy family life. Remodeling Designs did an extensive renovation of the first floor of our home that included a completely renovated, more functional and spacious kitchen, a new powder room and flooring throughout most of the first floor. Everyone at Remodeling Designs was great to work with. Our project manager did an excellent job executing the design plan and his workmanship was outstanding. We highly recommend Remodeling Designs and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Remodeling Designs did a complete first floor renovation which included a whole new kitchen, new hardwood flooring throughout, and the removal of a wall to make our living room more of an open concept. The kitchen layout was completely changed to improve traffic flow and allow island seating which we didn't have before. From the very beginning we were impressed with their attention to detail.

The pre-constuction meetings were so thorough that we had no budget changes during the course of the project and the timeline for completion was followed to the letter. They provided excellent guidance and knowledge to us, but yet were patient as we sorted through all of the options that we had. The end result is that we have an entire first floor that far exceeds our original expectations.

Their workmanship is absolutely top notch. Can't say enough about the great job our carpenter did. After the job was done, all of their team (the President, interior designer, and sales consultant) came back for a final walk through to make sure that everything was done to their standards. The President even spotted a few minor things which we had not noticed and those things were fixed immediately. This is by far the most enjoyable remodeling experience that we have ever had.

We had an old two person Jacuzzi with steps leading up to it removed and a wonderful barrier free shower put in its place. We are more than thrilled with the result. Chad's tile is a work of art. The corners which look like the tile is folded over are amazing. The overall quality of the work impressed us greatly. We now how a beautiful walk in space which will serve as we get older and is a work of art.

We have had the great pleasure of working with the Remodeling Designs team on two projects for our home. The first was a fantastic conversion of our "basement" to a proper "lower level" with three finished rooms, a bathroom and storage areas. The second was an update to our master bathroom. We are extremely pleased not only with the outcome of both projects, but the entire process from beginning to end.

The experienced team guided us through the detailed planning process, provided a timeline, and assigned a talented project manager/carpenter whose work was impeccable! Their dedication to customer satisfaction and follow-through is notable and appreciated. My husband and I recommend Remodeling Designs to anyone who is considering updating and improving their home.

We have hired RDI for two bathroom remodeling projects that were done several years apart. When designing the second bathroom, their excellent client records allowed us to choose materials that matched our first bathroom. The workmanship for both bathrooms is first-rate. Their entire staff, from owner down to every craftsman performed with skill, courtesy, cleanliness and professionalism.

They really listen and "hear" what you want and then deliver it. They take such care in trying to meet your requests that you end up feeling like part of their family.
