Quite simply, there is no better value in bathroom remodeling than Bath Creations. We got our start back in 1979 as a bathtub resurfacing company. But we quickly realized that resurfacing was only a temporary solution to a long-term problem.

Beautiful cabinetry can become the focus of a bathroom, drawing the eye to carefully crafted solid-wood details or a unique configuration that gives the room the air of a luxurious spa. At Bath Creations, we realize that cabinets aren't just for pleasing the eye, however. They must also be functional, providing adequate and accessible storage for linens, toiletries and bath accessories.

So far I've only gotten through the estimate, The appointment went well, but there was huge mis. Communication when the service person came out to measure. Typically these things happen and there are no issues But I feel like the representative was overtly emotional and mis spoke gravely, which caused emotions on my part. However, The work was great, beautiful, we had a drip, they came out immediately to take care of it. Also my Tenant says I like them, they came in, did the work, was professional and cleaned up.

My new shower and tub system is so beautiful. The installer was so helpful and quick. This is my only bathroom and they worked hours of overtime to make sure I would be able to use it ASAP. The acrylic cleans very easily and still looks perfectly brand new. I get so many compliments on my bathroom. This service was well worth the money.

Exceptional service, workmanship and professionalism. Over the course of the last 3 years, my wife and I have undertaken several renovation/improvement projects on our 2010 home. From new fences, to painting; a new shed to new doors, we have had contractors in and out of our home consistently for the last 3 years straight. Our crew from Bath Creations (Aaron, Mitch and led by Installation Manger Alex) are far and away the best renovation experts we have encountered in the Miami Valley area.
They are exceptional professionals who paid attention to detail while maintaining constant focus on our needs (and desires) as the customer. They take the time to do the job right, the first time, including living by the "measure twice, cut once" mantra, which actually happened in our case. At no point were they in a rush to get our complex master bathroom renovation completed and get us out of the way.
The entire crew was highly knowledgeable on the tasks at hand and they are the only contractor we have dealt with that actually CARED about their impact on our home and property. They would meticulously clean up after every day of work (not just the last day) and even took the time to take care of minor issues which weren't even theirs to deal with (mudding and sanding a drywall patch which we damaged removing a Command strip near our shower, changing a lightbulb nowhere near the shower project and even identifying some problems with the home which were previously unknown by us).
To Alex, Aaron and Mitch we say THANK YOU for an exceptional job and we look forward to working with this crew again in the future on more bathroom renovation projects. During this COVID era, it is apparent the quality of workmanship across our society has taken a drastic turn for the worse. Bath Creations is one of the few contractors we have dealt with who has taken the added steps to ensure they secured and retained consumate, trained professionals to represent their organization. The entire process from start to finish has been the best home improvement project we have experience in over 15 years of home ownership.

We had a complete bathroom remodel in 2014 which was done by Bath Creations. While no remodel is perfect, they were attentive to assist us with some minor issues. Fast forward to 2021. The shower liner started to peel so we called Ed who advised that we could come out and pick out a new (comparable) one from what was in stock or they could order something.
We chose something in stock and six days later, Aaron and his crew did a great job installing the new liner and and corner shower shelves. While here, he noticed some scratches on the shower door frame and that the easy close cabinet doors "lost" their easy close. Our soft close toilet seat also lost its soft close. So he is going to come back with new hinges, toilet seat and a kit to remove the scratches. This is great service and shows that they are true to their word on the lifetime warranty.

I highly recommend you NOT go through this company if you are looking to remodel your bathroom/shower in any way. I'm a quadriplegic and I require a roll in shower. I need one installed into my new apartment ASAP, so we called them for someone to come out for an estimate. This isn't the first time I've gone through the process of remodeling a shower or what the possibilities are to make something functional and affordable.
The sales rep that met with my roommate and I is named Lance. He wouldn't listen to our ideas and instead jumped to the most difficult, impractical, and expensive option possible. Somehow us suggesting the cheapest option went to bringing in an 800 pound wall piece and dismantling front doors When it came to picking out features, he talked superfast, scrolled through fast just picking things out, probably in order to give us a higher quote then here originally did (which he did).
I've been a little overwhelmed because we are on a time crunch and I hadn't gotten a second opinion yet, I foolishly had the contract signed. Before I signed the contract I was told the job could be done within the next few days, but after we signed the contract we were told it wouldn't be until the 18th and 19th of March. We also later discovered terrible reviews on them in regards to handicap showers, bad reviews.
I signed the contract on Tuesday and I called them today (Thursday) after thinking about it and ultimately decided that I wanted to cancel the job and look for a more affordable option. I was calling to cancel within the 72 hours that it states on the contract as the grace period to do so with no penalty. The response I got was over the top. I called and told the secretary that I wanted to cancel the job, and she quietly transferred me to the office manager, who claimed to be the owner (he's not).
I told him that I wanted to cancel the job. He asked me why and I told him that it was too much for my budget. He didn't have anything else to say so we hung up. I thought it was over. Next, sales rep Lance gives me a call and begins scorning me the same way that Ed the office manager did. He also tried to guilt trip me about them ordering the supplies already, saying that I needed to pay for them, told me that there would be a 20% cancellation fee, told me that I would be hearing from his boss, and told me that I would end up paying for it somehow.
I told him we will see. He hung up very disgruntled and said that he was sorry for trying to help me. I wish I had recorded both of those phone calls but the guilt tripping and attempts at intimidation, just wow. So please do yourselves a favor if you need a bathroom remodel and look elsewhere. I've added a picture of the shower before the remodel, which they said couldn't be done and we just had to rip out an entire bathtub instead, and I've attached another picture of my wonderful shower now. It's much more practical, much more well-done, and much more affordable. Worth it to look elsewhere I'm telling you!

We had Bath Creations put in a new walk-in shower. Between my visit to their showroom, to the man coming to the house to take down measurements and give us a price, to another man coming to the house to reaffirm the measurements, to the 2 workers who replaced our tub/shower and ceiling light/vent with a beautiful walk-in shower in less than 2 days.nothing but professionalism!
What really put the stamp on us using Bath Creations, besides everything I wrote before, was a 100% lifetime guarantee that they will fix anything that may go wrong with our shower! My husband and I would totally and highly recommend Bath Creations for any work anyone would need in their homes or business!

Bath Creations did an amazing job on our double bathroom remodel project in our home. We had two old tubs removed and replaced with a tub in one and a standing shower in the other, both with white subway tile. The guys that did our install were very professional and made sure everything was nice and tidy afterword before they left. We really appreciate how they went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction even after the install. Great work and customer service. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!

I have ALS and needed a wheelchair accessible shower. I explained very clearly the size required to accommodate the shower chair. When they came to install it they were going to put in a base that was narrower than the one we had originally. I stopped the install and they wanted to charge me an additional$1800.00 to put in the size that I told the salesman I wanted in the first place.
Bottom line. I did not pay extra but I wasn't home when they finished and they didn't finish any of the trim work. I would NOT recommend recommend the company to do any handicap accessible bathrooms.

I hired Bath Creations to remodel a shower in 2016. Recently (2020) I noticed the caulking pulling away in a small area of the floor basing allowing for mold to form. I notified the company who immediately scheduled a service call and in a week recaulked the entire basing. I'm not only pleased w/the work performed, but very relieved to have the comfort of knowing they do hold true to the terms of their warranty agreement. Job well done with absolutely no static!

I am totally impressed by the Bath Creations organization - from the sales aspect, to the measuring and scheduling, to the wonderfully fun and knowledgeable installation team. The fact that my home was always clean and organized during the installation made a huge impression on me and the team was very personable and helpful. Thanks to you all!
