We had a great experience with Larry at American Window. Our journey started when my neighbor, who had new windows installed with American, recommended them. We had Anderson and Pella out here along with a couple of others and either their prices were astronomical or they couldn't do what we wanted (black frame inside and out). Larry came out abs measured and provided some really good and sensible ideas to keep costs down while achieving the aesthetics we were after.
American came in at about half the cost of Anderson and Pella. We had to wait about 5 months for the windows to be manufactured, which was a drag but in the end it was the best decision. We saved a lot of money and we didn't sacrifice anything. The home is cooler and our electric bill decreased by 30% last month.

We choose this company for two reasons. Previous owner of our home used them to replace some of the windows 7 years ago. They still look great. All the installers are employed directly, not sub contracted, so they really care about doing a good job. New sliding doors look great, installers where great. Quick, clean and tidy work with a polite friendly attitude. We had to wait a while for them to be made, but that's 2021 global supply issues. Highly recommend.

You know how some companies send crews out to your home to do some work and then after they're done you have to spend some time cleaning up after them? Well, not the crew from this company. They cleaned up after themselves and even closed the fence door. The crew was awesome. They showed up on time and worked! Equally important, the windows look amazing and the price, well no other company could beat the price for quality windows. Trust me, I got estimates from A LOT of different companies before going with American Window Products. I highly recommend them.

I can not brag enough on here about my total experience with this window company. Every step of the process was friendly, professional, and most importantly easy on my family, and wallet. The salesman came to our home and just brought the facts and not a pushy sales pitch, set us up with financing and put us at ease about the decision to use their American Windows.
The installers did an absolutely amazing job from the removal of old windows and trash to the perfect caulk job around the windows. Also the fact that they use only inhouse installers was a huge deal to us and they did not disappoint! Every interaction with their office staff was also top notch and simple to work with. We could not be happier with the total overall experience we had. Thank you!

It amazes me that a company that produces fabulous sliding-glass doors that are leak proof and almost sound proof would also market the crappiest screen doors out there. They are flimsy and jump the tracks, plus the locks fall apart. I give them 5 on the glass doors and -1 on the screen doors. What is the owner thinking, having these cheap screens in their inventory. In addition, they charge $95 ro come out and put them back on the tracks, which is pretty impossible to do. Let your customers know when you decide to upgrade the screens.

Mike Gurr spent an enormous amount of time ensuring that we got the windows we wanted. Tommy & Brian made the delivery go smoothly and went above expectations to assist with the install. Everyone that works there is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Our windows are great quality and look great! Couldn't be happier. Recommend them to anyone needing windows.

I had a great experience with AWP. They installed a large arch window. The installation was quick and professionally done with no mess whatsoever. I have had a lot of companies not show up, not have the right equipment, or leave a mess behind. This company did none of that. The pricing was much better than expected. They are an A+ team!

American Window sent Chris, Brian and Joshua out to my home to look at and correct an issue i had with my patio door, these guys went far and beyond to address it and so far so good now just waiting for the job to get completed. I will highly recommend American Window to family and friends their products are the best and the quality of service they give to their customers is phenomenal, i will definitely without a doubt continue to use American Window this company puts the customer first and to the crew Chris, Brian and Joshua you guys are a big asset to AW thanks again guys i appreciate your work.

Love my new windows! No hassle in purchasing! Larry is awesome sales rep. Office personnel is very helpful. Install with Chad and Josh was very easy. These two took away the anxiety from having a major renovation completed. Very clean and personable. Job well done! My neighbor likes my windows and is also contacting American Windows. I would recommend to anyone! I give American Windows 5 Stars!

We had our windows replaced this week and they look great! We had original 1950s windows and the new ones look modern but as if they were always installed with the house. I can already tell a difference with our insulation and A/C with the new windows. Ryan our salesman was friendly and had great customer service. Jeremy and his crew did a great job, showed up on time and finished the install within 1 1/2 days.
The windows did take a little longer to get in from the manufacturer than originally estimated but we are overall very happy. My husband and I both work in the construction/contracting field and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family!
