Regency Home Remodeling

Regency recently completed a large remodel of my mudroom, laundry room, and powder room. I could not be happier with the results! I met with several contractors before starting the project, but Bruce really stood out with his honesty and transparency. I knew exactly what to expect through the whole process. I especially enjoyed working with Iwona, the designer, who gave me several options for layout, and assisted me with a lot of general design advice.

The workers were always on-time, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted while also offering valuable suggestions. The installation of everything was flawless, with extra touches that showed they really cared about the quality of their work. Sam managed my project and was always available for questions and concerns and regularly checked in with me.

I have worked with many contractors in the past and have never found another company that was so well-managed and responsive; and equally as important, does such high-quality work. I have several other projects that I would like to do in the future, and I absolutely plan to use Regency again. I highly recommend!

Integrity It's our first interaction with a contractor whom did what they said they'd do. Our two bathroom remodels are beautiful and finished within the initial timeline and budget. They responded to our questions/challenges with forthright and kind communications. And most importantly they were trustworthy. I recommend.

We can't say enough good things about Sam, Greg and the entire Regency team. We did a full update of our lower level along with a bathroom on our main level. Our lower level was a space that had been stuck in the 70s that we seldomly used. Today, with the help of Regency, the 1,300 sq/ft space has been transformed into rooms that far exceeded our expectations.

The lower level now includes a home theater, exercise studio and creative workshop, in addition to spa like bathrooms on both the lower and main floors. Thank you Regency for transforming what had been wasted space into areas we will be enjoying with friends and family for many years to come.

We hired Regency to remodel of our kitchen in Fall 2021. Long story short: hire this company because their work, professionalism and customer service is first class. Our job was to gut and completely remodel our approximately 140 sq. ft. kitchen (new drywall, cabinets, counters, sink, plumbing, flooring, lighting, appliances-everything) as well as remove and replace our laundry room sink and tub.

The design process was very professional and gave us tons of options in our new layout. When it came to the work, unlike contractors we've hired in the past, Regency had a dedicated team of 2 guys that showed up every single day, generally working 8 to 9 hours a day. There was none of the usual business of days and days with no work and no progress that we've experienced in the past-even with highly rated outfits.

Because of Regency's approach, we had a fully working kitchen in a little over 4 weeks from the day they started work, which was way ahead of our expectations. More importantly, the work looks fantastic and they followed our instructions and wishes to the letter. They even went above and beyond, for example, one day the air conditioning was suddenly not working and I thought it was because of the work on the electrical panel.

When I asked about it, the guys diagnosed and replaced a blown fuse in my air conditioning-not even part of their job! The team was respectful of our home and left the site swept up each day and minimized disruption and dust as much as possible. Our project manager, Sam, was very responsive to any issues (usually responding within a hour or so to any emails) and was always ready to stop by if needed. I can say our experience with Regency was fantastic, and I would (and almost certainly will) hire them again without second thought on our next project.

Regency Home Remodeling recently completed a hallway bathroom remodel for us and we couldn't be more pleased. From the outset of the project, communication was exceptional, timelines were clear, and we always understood the scope of work and expectations around payments. We got weekly updates as the project progressed, so we were never wondering what was happening.

We really appreciated being able to work with Regency's suppliers for fixtures, stone, tile, and cabinets. We were able to pick out the colors and styles we liked and brands that fit with our budget. Finally, the craftsmanship of the work was fabulous! We are so pleased with our new bathroom!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Regency Home Remodeling. We had our 50 yr old kitchen gutted down to the studs and brought up to a masterpiece! The crew was on time, friendly and professional. The remodel went very smoothly from design to finish And done in the timeframe quoted. We highly recommend Regency for anyone considering a remodel. Working with Regency Home Remodeling was one of the best user experiences we have ever had when using a home contractor. Bruce and Sam Pinsler were always on time, knowledgeable, honest and extremely well organized. We did an extensive bathroom and hall closet remodel and the team we were assigned were the best craftsman we have ever worked with. Max, Bogdan or Peter, were there every day and always on time!

Bruce and his crew were great! The bathroom turned out beautiful and we are loving the new space. Friends and family have also commented on how great it turned out. The crew showed up on time, and were great about cleaning up and protecting the home. Regency has been professional! I've known them for 3 years now. They performed a kitchen remodel and renovated a small room. They started on time, went over by two weeks, but got the job done well. The reason I have kept in touch with Regency is because Bruce/PJ informed from the onset that if there are small things that need a quick check-up or fixing, to call them.

Bruce and his team were great from start to finish. We were able to agree on a final price upfront which was comforting knowing there would be no surprise increases. They completed our job in under 4 weeks which was great since it was a little bit of a disruption with our 9 month old.

We worked with Bruce to convert a walk in closet to a a master bathroom. Bruce was very timely, easy to talk to and really did an outstanding job setting us up with contacts to help us pick out all of our materials.
