Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness They (dealt with Joanne) rescheduled an appt. TWICE then didn't show and didn't even call. Didn't return call or text when I ask what happened. Horrible UNPROFFESIONAL AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY THAT WASTED MY TIME AND MAKES LAME EXCUSES!

Got introduced to Azteca via itrade which is a bartering company where you trade business with credits. The first job they did was the only time they ever came on time and did the job. After that they never showed up until I called and emailed over and over. Finally got them to come out. Job wasn't done. They said they need to spray weed pre emergent every 6 months.

They said they did it the first month and then said they needed to do it again two months later which we were charged for both. not sure why twice if it lasts for 6 months. They must have never done it all as we still have weeds all over and when I send them pics of all of the weeds they say maybe we aren't the right fit. I don't like to write bad reviews unless Its very frustrating and thats exactly what this has been. Not sure if its because they are doing my job on trade or not but regardless service and communication have been awful.

Critical: Professionalism Very unprofessional. Driver almost hit me and caused an accident while driving recklessly getting onto the freeway at Anthem way. Represent your company better that's ridiculous.

Azteca provides pest control at my home and my two businesses. They also handle my landscaping needs. I've appreciated their work since 2016. Service: Termite extermination

Frankie and his crew did an amazing job with my property clean up and spreading out a few tons of stone. They scheduled us quickly and were very affordable. My house looks great now.

The first experience was great. They came out did a great job. Tech was really professional. I thought I found my new pest control company. That doesn't seem to be the case now. I have been trying to call and schedule another service this month and I get nothing. I have left 3 voicemails and no phone call back. Some one finally answers the phone and then hangs up on me when I start to go over the details of what I need done.

I feel like all they wanted was the was the extra money from the start up fee. Still to this day I have not gotten a phone call back. Let's just say I will not be using them again. Very disappointed.

Azteca has been providing service to us since our store has been open! Their service has been tremendous! I've gotten the privilege to meet both Travis and Frankie and they're both very friendly, professional, and fair! This is the best pest control service you can find, take my word for it!

Super awesome people! I'm one of those odd folk who really hate the idea of killing any animal even a bug. I love my garden lizards. So I don't want to use harsh chemicals outside or inside that might harm my indoor furry family members. So when I asked the folks at Azteca about some more humane ways to deter rodents and bugs they came up with some ideas. (Totally appreciated!)

I have been a customer of Azteca for several years now. In that time, I have not had ANY bugs. My home backs up to a large open field too! Prior to hiring Azteca I had another pest control company that came out but I always seemed to have critters. Not anymore! They are dependable, cost effective and efficient! Their office staff is always so courteous too! I highly recommend!

Never delt with Azteca before as the house we bought had a termite warranty on it from the previous owner. Sadly I'm still waiting for one of their "top notch" techs to show up. It's now an 62 minutes past the appointment time. No phone call or anything. I've called the office but had to leave a message. I even had to take off early from work to make sure I was home. MAYBE I'll change my 1 star review. if they ever show up or even contact me.

Since their quote was reasonable, we decided to go with them. They came by and took care of everything in a timely manner. The whole crew was very nice and professional. I love how everything came out and that it didn't break the bank.

Hands on owners with a "what can we do for you" attitude. These guys and gals are the real thing. They have been performing my monthly service for over a year with no problems - meaning I don't see any bugs! They also just started doing my Landscaping service - always on time and willing to go the extra mile to make my yard look good! I rent a home and the management company pays for the pest control. But I took in a foster dog that had ticks and it escalated quickly. A friend recommended these guys and they are so fantastic I will pay for them to come myself!
