Robert was good sales man! But product and their service support - worst you can find. Fireplace insert from KozyHeat for $4800 was used maybe 20 times last year, and it didn't start this winter. John from service promise over the phone 30 min free service, but then unexpected charged my card $199. Worst purchase experience in my life! Update. Spoke with John and the owner of that place. John, I didn't want to insult you, but in this case you did lie to me on firsr phone call. Enjoy of scammed money. Because no record of my initial phone call only God is my witness, and He knows better what to do.

I love the staff here! They are all amazing, and Jill is the BEST! They were all very helpful and allowed us to make payments while waiting for our pool to get done. They did everything they could do get our delivery early and we are very excited! Thank you, Energy House.

My wife & I made a purchase here yesterday afternoon. Surprisingly busy for a Sunday. As soon as a chance was open we were greeted & had every question answered professionally. If looking for a spa or hearth this is definitely the place. Store was clean & floor was filled with numerous display models.

Energy House has the best spas available! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff and only carry high end spas and other outdoor patio accessories (swim spas, fireplaces, etc.) You can even try out the spas here by if you make an appointment. We bought the best one they have! Definitely come here if you are looking for a spa! Highly recommend!

I was in good hands from start to finish. My fireplace is small and curved, so needed special attention to make an insert work. Energy House knew what they were doing and delivered in the final product installation. We are very pleased.

All the work done under one roof. I shopped around for a gas insert for my wood fireplace. Team Energy House under Robert took care of all my challenges and nuances for getting this feat accomplished. We have made two major purchases for our home at The Energy House; a Hot Spring Spa and a Country Wood Burning Stove. We love both items and use them constantly!

Ours was an impulse buy at the County Fair. And no, they wouldn't load it up in the back of the pickup right on the spot (h/t Jeff Foxworthy). We'd been thinking about a hot tub for several years and were convinced by the price and the reputation of Energy House. They let us schedule our final payment and delivery date for five months out, which was a blessing considering the impulse with which we put down our deposit.

Their delivery guys were absolutely first rate. Who knew hot tubs got delivered on a toboggan? They worked with us to place the tub exactly where we wanted it, even accommodated the slight OCD-ness of one family member who kept saying "A little to the left. Now turn it to the right, just a tad." Sales staff have always been friendly and didn't even blink at the four (or was it six?) pre-delivery visits asking about every detail.

They've continued to be helpful after installation, assisting with water quality questions and accessory purchases. The tub is fabulous, and rarely a day has passed in the past 10 weeks that it hasn't been enjoyed. Thank you, Energy House, for making this the process so easy. You guys rock!
