Very competitively priced job and materials appear to be high quality. Good looking install. Inspected old roof and replaced decking that was damaged. Previous leaks are fixed. Gutters were replaced and look nice. Job took an 2 extra days due to high wind issues. Worked with us on allowing painting to be done before gutters installed. Would recommend to others.

I live in the landmark apartments on longmire and today (June 9th 2022 at 3:25pm) I had some family over for visitation my niece went to walk to Walmart and came back. on the way back from Walmart she was loudly catcalled by several people who were working (SHE'S A MINOR, age 14) she came home feeling soo uncomfortable by these men she was crying!
Not to mention they continually watched her walk to my apartment and full force stare into my apartment watching us as they are DRINKING ON THE JOB! They are using mechanical Machines while drinking. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I'm more upset that my 14 YEAR OLD niece was being harassed by these GROWN MEN.

I contacted Aggieland Roofing in March to inspect my roof for hail damage. They were very quick to respond and gave me the bid with damages. They are professional and polite with every contact I had with them. They worked with me and got the job done quickly. The work crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. The roof was removed and replaced within 8 hours.

Our roof and skylights were damaged by large hail storm. CR came out and inspected, provided estimate to my insurance adjuster, tended to adjuster questions and additional items as discovered, and scheduled our roof repair work after I had received the insurance claim funds. The damage included the previously installed CR System SPF roof, the previously installed CR System skylights, and our existing shingle portion of the roof.
The work was done very professionally with complete clean up of all debris, and on the schedule that was originally planned. We love the roof and additional insulation value it provides. CR is extremely customer oriented and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. I am giving CR Systems my permission to use me as a reference for other potential customers.

Warranty Issue: the Initial quote was $6440 but they came back to me and said the flat roof need extra work and then added $3160 which they submitted to the insurance company and then it went up to $9600 for complete roof including the flat roof of 1025sf house on 7/1/2019. They were reputable company I did not go to any bargain roofer. I added additional room with a good architect design, pulled permit (# RADD2020-000xxx) through city of CS Planner.
No cutting corners everything was done with care and good quality, finally got the CO from CST on the July 8th 2020 for completion of the house. Since April the 6th of 2020 I have been asking Rayne (owner) to fix the ponding issue on the flat roof which she charged extra. After 63 emails many pictures, evidence and references back and forth she said "have the joint fix" (the add on) and I will check and have it repaired.
I brought top roofing company with back to back business ethic reward (Torch reward from BBB) and have them fix. And now she is saying, I will have to come and see again- where she already made two visits 63 emails and almost 7 months later. Clearly I want to say she is dodging me. Beside the add on has noting to do with ponding (see picture please), anyone can see the picture and notice it.
She is not a person keeps promises, neither have good customer service. She refuses to accept the fact her people did a bad repair. I have documents from building inspector (reputable) and several professionals of her bad job, she has collected extra $ for the same job that she don't want to fix, not to mention The professional roofer said Aggieland roofer put wrong product one wrong slop and the joint is not done right.
The ponding is over to be accurate 9% if you count the whole roof or 37% if you count the flat roof. In State of Texas anyone can be a roofer without certification or permits but how many stands behind their work. I have contacted NRCA as well with my concern. She also mentioned why I have not asked her to do the roof for addition and again the 2nd time why I have not asked her to fix the joint for the add on.
How can I give her jobs that she can't stand behind in first place? These two big ponding bothers me a lot because the quantity of water just stays there for several days (NRCA's guideline don't match with actual ponding and duration), when it rains almost every day then the water just stays there. I am worried the roof may fall one day as it weakens and other gets HURST OR DIE. Then we may get their attention.

Our roof was damaged by the recent hail storm. Richard did a great job evaluating our roof damage and presenting us with a proposal to replace the roof. He is extremely professional and reassuring. Ms. Jackie from the office made sure we knew what to expect with each step of the process. The install happened on time and the crew led by Mario and his brother did a fantastic job. Victor supervised our project and he really made sure everything went as expected. He took care of any issue that arose immediately. We love our new roof and we highly recommend Aggieland Roofing. No need to shop around, use this company!
