Been doing business with Schulte fort many years. They are easily the best roofing and metal company in the area.

Came highly recommended so we signed up. While the roof looks okay the crew destroyed majority of out plants, split multiple boards among other issues. They did make up for the plants and said someone would be out to patch the boards but you would think for $11,000 for a small 2 bedroom home it would have been better.

We had Adam come out to inspect our roof after the last hail storm, we were so impressed with his knowledge and the information he gave us, thankfully we don't have to replace our roof, but if we do, we will have them do it. Very nice young man. Very happy to know we have someone local.

Absolutely outstanding. Not only did they take care of the roof, including pictures and clear, concise explanations, they also helped explain some of the nuances of homeowners insurance and went out of their way to make sure I received the full amount of the cost to replace the roof. I had a reference from a family member who had heard good things about them, and I'm glad I called. I live 1000 miles away from the house (currently a rental -- eventually a retirement home) and never had a worry about how it was being handled.

Professional at every step in the process. The crews were respectful of our home and pleasant to talk with. The crew leader was very good at keeping us informed of the work progress. Benefited by several suggestions that were presented to us as to how the repairs could be enhanced. Would hire them again. Have already posted a favorable review on the My Neighborhood page.

Most frustrating company I've ever dealt with! I could tell the first crew was doing a bad job and called and texted the company twice but nothing was done. Crew would show up when they wanted to, work a few hours and then quit. What I was told would be a 2 day job max turned out to take 5 days. And the last 2 days only one person showed up. I had my insurance company re-inspect it after Schulte approved it, and they said they had never seen a roof in such bad shape after just one month. Fortunately I had not paid for it yet and they did eventually come back out 7 months later and completely replace it again, blaming it on bad GAF shingles. GAF said their lab showed no problem with the shingles and blamed it on faulty installation.

I think it was done correctly this time, but had I not had my insurance co. re-inspect it, Schulte was knowingly trying to sweep it under the rug assuming no one would ever know. Run, don't walk, away from this company!

From the initial contact through the finished installation, Schulte Roofing was fantastic to work with. All scheduled services were met and our new roof was installed in one day. The crew that came was respectful of our property and after they finished the install, the property was neat and clean. Our bullet-proof roof was only 2.5 years old when we had major hail damage. We called Schulte and everyone we spoke with was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns we had. They worked with the insurance company - managed all the headaches for us with the process. The work was done promptly, the workers were amazing, fast, the roof looks wonderful and they did an amazing job cleaning up before they left as soon as they finished the roof.
