I would recommend this company to anyone, and have. Mike is honest, knowledgeable and professional. He is actually most concerned about your best interest. I had 3 projects going on at once. Mike let me know that one of my projects could easily/safely wait and even gave me a contact to help me in the future thereby saving me money. Really mixed reviews for this Company. They had put on the original roof on my home 10ish years ago and it needed to be replaced when I bought the house this December. Matt Rogero was great and professional, worked with me on finding solutions prior to the roof being installed. The week my roof was installed, I wasn't home due to a family emergency.

When I got back, I noticed that there was significant damage to the hardy board siding. When I called about this, I was told that the damage wasn't their fault as it was not originally installed properly (odd, because when they did the roof 10 years ago, they didn't damage it). John told me it happens all the time. I told him they should warn clients ahead of time rather than cause significant damage.

They gave me a quote of $15,000 to fix (but not paint) it through a contractor they work with. Outrageous. For their damage. Found my own contractor and paid $5,000 for their damage that I was never told about nor given a heads up that it could be a problem. And let me say, this wasn't Matt who kept frustrating me but instead John. Not sure what role John plays in the company but every time he showed up, my level of frustration was extremely high.

He blamed every other contractor for things that were wrong, never owning anything. And his explanations went on and on until I couldn't tolerate it any longer. Next up was a roof leak which has damaged interior Sheetrock when water seeped through and shorted an outlet that I had to pay an electrician to come and fix. Hired American Leak detection to find the cause which was due to roof tiles/flashing not properly installed.

Another $350 for leak detections, $150 to date for Electeician and haven't even repaired Sheetrock or replaced outlet. John shows up and tells me the damage was caused by the hardy board repair person or painter of the hardy board and you know, I could cancel your warranty because someone was on the roof. What the heck! Now I lost my cool, I admit to that.

I asked him that instead of making excuses, let's find a solution. He went on to tell me how it really wasn't their problem that my roof was leaking an hour later of talking in circles and blaming others, agreed to send out a repair crew. As you might imagine, I was ticked off. I simply asked him to just have a direct conversation without all of his nonsense talk and he couldn't help himself but to blame others. $6,000 later, a ton of unacceptable excuses later, threats to cancel my warranty due to fixing the damage they caused - my roof appears to be good, for now.

I called the office to speak to the owner and didn't even get a call back. I hate writing this but want folks to beware. If they only took time to hear my awful experience and share my frustration, I would have left things alone. Almost felt taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I just don't have a good answer as to why after spending $35,000 plus $6,000 in unexpected, I budgeted repairs, I would have to go through this. Frustrating and shameful.

My roof leak was professionally repaired and the area is barely noticeable. Rick probed the reason for leaks, and made appropriate repairs beyond what was first expected. I was consulted before he procured additional and necessary materials. I am confident the repair was done right. Yes, I will use Benton Integrity again. Service: Roof repair

Mike Rogero did a superb job in managing the roof repair on my 4-year-old home. Yes, my roof is only four years old, but the builder, Dennis Homes, ignored all attempts to repair my roof that was improperly installed causing water damage inside. Michael took it over, got me a good price and installation was completed on time as promised. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, the quality of work is excellent and Mike went beyond expectations to ensure I was happy with their work. No more leaks!

Benton was referred to me by a friend. This company has my highest praises. Jessie and his installation technicians are true workers. Very courteous. Always cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure my property looked neat. They actually showed pride in their work. At the end of the job you would not even know they were there except for your beautiful new roof. Michael the Project Manager made sure the install was going smoothly and on schedule.

Benton Integrity re-roofed a home built in 1915 for me. Lots of wood rot and rigs from the last re-roofing (23 years ago). Benton Integrity spent a lot of time fixing the rot and rigs before installing the new roof. The roof turned out really nice and solid. Very skilled crew.

After reading all the reviews online, I've decided to go with this company. Mike came out to talk to us and gave us an estimate. The price is higher than all the other roofing companies in town. But I dont mind paying more for the quality of my new roof and the customer service that is worthy of my time. After a 2 months period of waiting, we finally got our roof replaced.

The crew worked on it for a few days. There were some debris left on our yard that I wish they had cleaned up after leaving our lot. But oh well. I'm sure they were busy since it was right after the hurricane. I wanted to wait for a year before writing this review because I needed to see if there is any problems with the service and our new roof, but it's looking fantastic so far.

I enjoyed working with Mike, he is thorough and passionate about his job, so I respect the time he put out with work with our insurance for us. I highly recommend this company if you want sturdy, high quality roofing services.
