Insectek Pest Solutions

I really don't like the subscription contract model these new pest control companies are using. Seems that's the new trend on yelp. I prefer to call my pest control service on demand or work out a 2-4 month plan based on results. But these guys try to hook you into an annual subscription much like a software product that you have to continue paying for each month (or every two months). I found a local vendor who provides what I consider to be a more honest offering (without a subscription contract plan).

So far, I am only on my first month with Insectek but I'm very impressed. They came out same day and only one week after service I've found dead black widows and scorpions around the exterior of my property. I am always thankful for a responsive and attentive business!

We have been using Insectek for six months now. They are reasonably priced and answer the phone when we call. They have a good bimonthly program. Matt is our tech, he communicates when he is on the the way to ask about any problem areas. I highly recommend Insectek for your pest control needs.

We love Matt! He's always very helpful & listens to any of our concerns each time. He has great customer service & always does an excellent job. We've been with Insectek for over a year now and never had any problems. We've also had Tyler come out to spray for us and he also does a great job. I highly recommend Insectek for any extermination needs! They are always professional and prompt! Whenever they have completed their inspection they always let me know if they see anything i should be aware of. Eric has been amazing with treating our house. It had been neglected from treatment for what seemed like several years prior to us buying the home. Eric was able to come in and explain exactly why I was having certain pest issues and provided me ways I can help reduce it. He always calls prior to coming on-site and checks in about any current issues or problem areas on my property. Scheduling is easy, payment is easy, and communication about any changes is prompt. Always responsive and do a great job. They have completely eliminated any scorpions from getting in the house and have worked with us on any issues that have come up.

I've been using these guys for pest control for years, and they do a great job. Courteous staff, on time appointments, and thorough treatment. They come on a schedule but are always available in between appointments if needed. We used to have them treat indoors and outside but don't even have them treat inside typically anymore and we are pest free. Highly recommend.

A true wonderful company. My technician Eric was so helpful and thorough during the whole entire process. He told me EXACTLY what he was doing and provided great information. As a first time home owner especially coming from the Midwest all the given info was so beneficial. Matt came today at scheduled time. Asked if there were issues with pests and I responded that we never have a problem. He quickly replaced trap boxes and did permitter spray. At the end of his visit reported that spray treatment was applied safely considering plants growing by house.

Ever since we started using insectek last year we have seen amazing results. We used to have always have spiders in our house along with other insects but haven't had any problems since using them. Christopher came out yesterday for our pest control and he did an amazing job! He took his time and did a thorough job. He even pointed out that our weatherstripping around our front door needed to be replaced and that the gap could be a way for insects to get through so he made sure to spray a little extra around there as an extra precaution. He definitely went above and beyond, thank you Christopher!

After doing research on Yelp, I learned that Insectek Pest Solutions would be the best company for me. My rep, Bryce, was outstanding! He walked me through the entire startup process and two days later, there was my technician at my door at the stated ETA. They sprayed my property and the next day, I had the use a leaf blower to remove all of the dead insects. Truly impressed! Thank you

I have been a customer of Insectek for almost two years. They did a very thorough job on their fist visit and they come every month, and in-between! They are responsive when you call, email or text. I had issues with ants in my backyard and Insectek was able to get rid of them! Their technicians are very kind, knowledgeable, and concerned which I appreciate very much. Insectek has been servicing our home for 2 years now. Always on time or early. Sends scheduled monthly appointment times via text. Always sends a reminder texts and text alerts when technician is on their way. Very easy to reschedule and communicates well via phone or text. Always asks if any pests or insects have been spotted since last service and asks if only wants Exterior sprayed or interior as well (no extra charge). Gives solutions for fruit flies and outdoor house flies. Will come out for free in between services if pests are found. Reliable, dependable and great value. We have been pest free and couldn't be happier with the service!

I really like working with Insectek. We went with them because we liked their monthly cost but their service has been above and beyond what we expected. They come out every other month for prevention. Gabe (who has been our tech since we started using them) has always shown up on time, he texts before he arrives, he communicates well and has found issues that even our property management company missed. He's also just an extremely pleasant person.

Every experience is always wonderful and makes it very easy for me to say no to all the other pest control companies that knock on our door. I can't recommend Insectek enough!

Eric has been to our house a couple of times over the past 2 years and is always super helpful! I recommend requesting him specifically if you can. He has helped us with wasps in our yard and most recently helped us with a cockroach problem. Unlike other companies, he actually helped us find where they were coming into the house and sealed it up for us! Eric is awesome and the reason we'll stay loyal customers of Insectek!

We have been a client of Insectek for 6 years so far. We have had zero scorpions and only two single bug intrusions into the house in all that time. Both were dead when we found them but Insectek came out and did an extra service after checking it out, no extra charge. Today we had a wasp nest started on our patio. They were out inside of an hour to take care of it on a friday afternoon. They have always been extremely responsive. I highly recommend Insectek.

I'm new to Arizona and the unique pests, that come with living here. That being said, we kept hearing a rustling in the wall of one of our bedrooms. Sounded like a rodent, making a nest or chewing a wire. It didn't help with my peace of mind that the previous owners left us an Orkin rodent box, strategically placed in the backyard. I had already, called Orkin out and they had confirmed the former owner had placed a call in the fall for rodents.

But nothing was found, and the noise was still ever present. I called someone else to schedule a whole house seal. He will be sealing my house next week. We asked for a pest recommendation because he only seals and does not do pests, and he recommended Insectek. We called after I saw 421 5 star reviews. I now know why. They sent Jeremie to our home. Jeremie is amazing. He's new to the company, but not to the industry.

He found cracks in the stucco, that a rodent could potentially get in, that I never noticed. He noticed in the room where we heard the sound, that someone had opened the wall in the past. We surmised because they heard the same noise. We never noticed the drywall looking different until bam, it slapped us in the face with his pointing it out. Anyhow, Jeremie went above and beyond.

I don't even care that we spent the money we had spent to find rodents. Because I now have peace of mind that there are no rodents. The cause of our mystery noise? The cable box, outside. It was loose, exposed, and had loose wires and apparently when the wind blows it sounds like a rodent. Lol! If I have ANY pest problems in the future, I will only be calling Insectek.

We found a row of wood of termites in the house. I called them and they quickly set up an appointment for the next day. They were on time and txted me to let me know how far out they were. The tech was very knowledgeable and very polite. We are going to use them again. I highly recommend this company.

So far I have received amazing service and the three gentleman that have come to my property have all been professional, friendly, and have done a great job of explaining things to me. Haven't had a single bug in my house and even the mosquitoes outside have been reduced which were terrible when I first moved in. Highly recommend Insectek!

Super! From the time I called 'Insectek' to the inspection and estimate, to the finished work, I was HAPPY to do business with this company. Pleasant, cordial, friendly and conscientious is how I would describe my 'Termite guy'. Yes, Eric, who gave me the estimate and termite treatment was a sheer joy to have work on my critter problem.

He was also patient with all my questions. Thanks again Eric. I had first gotten an estimate from Orkin, and their pricing seemed worth getting another estimate. I was glad I asked a coworker, who is a Realtor, if he had a recommendation. Whew! The cost was far lower than Orkin's.

I use this company as a preventative. I haven't noticed any activity since their initial spray even with the rain and changes of weather here. They are always on time, professional and very courteous. Would definitely recommend!

Insectek has been our go-to exterminator for more than 5 years. They do bimonthly visits to treat and prevent insects and they do an incredible job. In 5 years I have never seen a cockroach in my house. We barely ever even see bugs outside. Also, when we moved into our home, the property was under warranty for termites through a separate company. We had termites treated multiple times a year for about 4 years until we decided not to continue the warranty and instead pay for treatment through Insectek.

Since Insectek treated for termites, we haven't had any further activity. Not once. Insectek is affordable and gets the job done. Their employees are friendly very responsive when treatment is needed. They're the best! Period. I highly recommend their service.

I set up a quarterly service with them. They schedule their teams to come out at specific times, which is helpful for planning. The customer service is great. I have had a few pests show up and they come back out to take care of it quickly which I appreciate

I definitely recommend this pest control company! Our realtor suggested them after purchasing our home earlier this year and they have been nothing but the best! They send messages reminding of the exact time of the appointment the day before and day of. Upon arrival they let you know exactly what to expect and answer any questions we may have. 10/10 recommend!

After using this company for over a year they are always on time or notify me if they're going to be a few minutes late. They go above and beyond to be responsive and come out for any extra services if I'm having a problem in between normal monthly service. Finally found a great exterminator. Very happy. Thanks to my neighbor's recommendation, Insectek has been the best pest control company we've used. We used another pest control company when we first moved in to our house 8 years ago because we have scorpions. We noticed fewer scorpions in the house over time, but we still had active scorpions in several rooms of our house; mostly on tiled areas.

Then I decided to spray on my own for a couple of years and that was no better or worse than the previous vendor, but did save me a little money. Flash forward to the hellish summer of 2020 and we had a good amount of scorpion activity in the garage and tiled areas, so I decided to contact Insectek. They had availability within a few days of contacting them and since July 2020, they have provided only excellent, timely and professional service.

Within 2 months of them spraying both the outside and inside of our home, we've not found any active scorpions in the house or garage, so they've managed to accomplish what our previous vendor was unable to do by eradicating the scorpions in the house. Scott visited our house to spray over the weekend and he was friendly, on time and we talked a little football while he sprayed the exterior of the house. Thanks to Insectek for hiring only really professional and polite staff and for providing a service that really works well.

We've been customers of Insectek for nearly 2 years now and at 2 different homes (quarterly pest control & termite warranty protection). There is no other pest company in the valley that offers this level of excellent service! You'll generally have the same technician service your home each time, any reports requested have clear notes that are easy to follow, and the cost is on par with the competition.

A couple recent examples of service we've had: As we were in the process of selling of last home and inspector found evidence of possible termite damage but couldn't confirm if it was active or not. We called up Insectek to take a look and they were able to squeeze us in the same day, with all work covered under our warranty. As part of our inspection of our new home, the home inspection company offered a termite inspection add-on and other pest companies will complete it for a charge - not Insectek.

They came to inspect for FREE! Savings in our pocket, as well as peace of mind that specialists we know and trust inspected the property thoroughly. Call Insectek if you need a pest service provider and you'll be glad you did.

Termites! After interviewing 4 companies, insectek provides the most extensive and safest termite treatment. Pricing is also comparable two other companies. James came out to do the inspection and when I decided on insectek James also did the treatment. The treatment was a combination of trenching where are the active termites were outside at the entry point, dusting in the ceiling where the current activity was inside, and putting bait stations around the perimeter of my home. James also put bait stations around the wooden shed. Insectek is the only company that included my shed.

There was one company that gave me a quote on the phone without looking at my property. They used basic information from the County website. The County website does not give correct detail that is needed to do a proper termite treatment. Never trust a company that gives you a price over the phone without looking at your property. This company, the 4th, was the most expensive and gave a 10 year warranty. Termite chemical doesn't last 10 years. I'm not going to play Russian Roulette with my home or anything else! Bait stations are effective and safest for mother earth!

I have been using Insectek for over a year now and I have not had issues with them. They guarantee their product so if you have issues, they will come back to service your home at no extra fee. Highly recommend and the service is always friendly.

After extensive research, I came across this company. I called and was scheduled within a few days. We purchased a new build and had a few issues with spiders and other pests. Cutter is our technician and he is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet.
